The breakfasts were poor and the coffee machine didn’t work, which was quite uncomfortable. Staff didn’t speak Russian, which was making it difficult to communicate for older russian-speaking parents.

The absolute best hotel in old town, Tbilisi within minutes of great restaurants, cafés, and all of those beautiful streets. I can’t say enough about the facility, the staff and the wonderful breakfast on site. The property is huge. The rooms are really spacious and very modern.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and all common areas were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect - very central and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Nothing significant. Everything was well maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great location. They updated the menu and didn't have many Georgian dishes. But there were so many places round the corner.

A gem of a place! Great location, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and plenty of space in our family adjoining rooms.

There is a staircase at the hotel entrance (more than 10 steps) with no ramp for suitcases. We had to carry our bags by hand, and no one offered to help. The receptionist spoke very poor English. The air conditioner in our room didn't work, and nobody even came to check it. Also, the breakfast was not very fresh

Well centered! You dont need any transportation if you stay here everything is nearby within a walking distance and its located in the heart of old tbilisi. It was very clean and staff is very friendly Maybe more options on the breakfast but nothing major
