Water accumulation in the bathroom due to inadequate floor slope towards the drain.

A fantastic breakfast buffet with a 5th floor view of the city. The location is great for walking to restaurants, tour operators, and many beautiful churches. The cable car is right there, and for accessing other parts of the city, the metro is not far either. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location is astonishing.you access to anywhere you need.the staffs are really hospitable mostly Lena. You can count on their help, breakfast is nice. Rooms clean and good.net is fine. The rate is a little bit high

The place is clean and is just near the tourist attractions. There’s no variety in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel was very nice. Excellent location, the room was very comfortable, great staff. Will book again.

My room was grand

This is a practical and subjective observation. It would be best to relocate the coffee station in the breakfast buffet to avoid congestion.

Hotel has Great location and views are lovely! Many flies come to the room cause of light, would be great to have the net to prevent them coming to the room and enjoy open doors

The staff was fantastic. ANI helped me so much. She was most respectful and full of great ideas. The kitchen staff packed a huge breakfast box full of delicious items.

Great value for money with an awesome view from the rooms in the right hand corner. The rooms are getting old, and need a face-lift. The air-conditioning is not strong enough for a tbilisi summer heat. They also need to place a second lighter pillow for those who don't like to sleep with their head too high.

We got the King room with panorama view and terrace - the view was incredible and we really appreciated the enclosed terrace as we were visiting Tbilisi in Winter. Comfortable bed, good breakfast and the hotel is in a superb location, close to the metro and Old Tbilisi. Staff at the front desk are young and not very professional. Having said that, we got a good welcome from Tazo at the front desk upon arrival.

Location The air conditioner was not working we call for maintenance guy they said will come after 3 hours as his duty start 10 am and the reception solution was open the window , the weather was hot and our neighbor can see us through his window

Location , receptionist called mohamed he is very helpful receptionist called anna or annita she wasn’t professional , we booked two room in different dates she changed it to one room without confirming with us first and she wasn’t even sorry

Ani and Nino are very professional . They were helpful and kind, providing information on what to do and where to go. That was the only highlight of this hotel. The one aspect of my stay that I found disappointing was the unprofessional and rude manner in which I was treated by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the sink when my perfume bottle fell into it. The sink seemed to be of poor quality, as it broke quite easily. I immediately went down to the reception to report the incident, and I even offered to pay for the damage, leaving my contact number so they could reach me while I was out. Upon returning to the hotel after my trip, I found that they had locked me out of my room, which I felt was unnecessary and disrespectful, as if I had no intention of settling the matter. After paying for the damage, I discovered that although the sink had been fixed, my room had not been cleaned. The mattress was dirty, and I even suspected there might have been bed bugs. Overall, this experience left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant stay.
