Penthouse Hotel

Spacious room. Prompt check-in. Nice little breakfast. Pleasant staff. Impressive balconies overlooking the city. Good value for the price. Elevator is tough to navigate, and there are no luggage ramps outside nor outside the hotel lobby on the 4th floor. The fridge in our room did not work at all. No bidet in the toilet, and no shelves or hooks to store things in the bathroom. The mattress was bit "firm" for us.

The view was nice, the shower was good, the room was clean, and the water pressure was good.

The hotel does not look great from the outside, however we had booked the junior suite and it was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Bathroom was good but the toilet did not have a faucet Breakfast was limited but good, the best part was the view from the breakfast room Toilet did not have a faucet

I had the Comfort Jr. Suite. It was large, and the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The terrace was beautiful and had a great view. The staff were all fantastic. The cook even accommodated a request I had for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. About a 7 minute walk to Old Tblisi and about a 3 minute walk to the Alvabari Metro station, with a grocery store, and good restaurants nearby. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Also, they have a very convenient laundry service. For a reasonable fee, they will do your laundry and return it in a few hours.

All working personal made me feel like home, breakfast, room service, front desk... some electrical outlets not working, shower door, window in bathroom was not opening and some minor things.

Everything is so good. Location is very convenient and the view from our room was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful breakfast was good. All the ladies there in the hotel were very nice. Thank you Penthouse for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable.

Place was very clean. Jr suite was spacious with a big balcony and a nice view.

My room window was looking at the terrace where the other people could be having breakfast or just sitting and smoking

Breakfasts are fine, but variety of dishes is small

Lovely staff - despite we stayed only one night it felt very comfortable. Nothing to say.

Though it’s a small hotel, but the cleanliness was excellent. We booked a Junior suite as we were a family of 3 and the room size was just perfect. The location of the property is also very good and most of the places are accessible on foot. There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like. We enjoyed our stay at Penthouse hotel.

Great location with magic terrace for a good value, rich breakfast, friendly staff, size of the room You need a special training to use a balcony door or an elevator. The bed was comfortable but sometimes noisy

I like the breakfast and the view soo much.. so refreshing and relaxing! Probably the TV that doesn’t work.. but it’s fine since most of the time we were tired, though it’s nice to watch for a few minutes.

Perfect location and nice view

Location is great, breakfast is huge, view is amazing, everything is clean. We had rooms next to the dining room, so when breakfast start it becomes very noisy, sleep long is not possible.
