Breakfast is served late 9.00-10.30.which is not good if you want to start the day early. And they are not flexible even if you request.

- The location is amazing near to all attractions. - The Host was very nice. - The view of the room was amazing, the room also was very clean. - The restaurant next to the gotel Dr.Benjamin was veery good, the food was amazing and the stuff was very nice. - No stuff to help with luggage in the stairs or to fixe broken things - There was a noise from the toilet everytime used. - Breakfast was ok but not that much, very bad bread.

Close to Metekhi Church and cable car station to Mother of Georgia. Have a balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast is good. No private parking. The car is quite noisy if you open the windows to get fresh air. You must keep the windows closed at all times.

Lovely room with very comfy bed and absolutely stunning views from balcony!!! Beautiful location and very walkable to main attractions. The breakfast was very filling and the staff were accommodating and held my luggage for an afternoon. I would absolutely return!

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with a cozy, boutique feel — stylish yet comfortable. The location is great for exploring Tbilisi City, with many attractions, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Our room was really spacious, with windows on two sides and an exceptional view from the balcony — beautiful at any time of the day. The in-room bar is well stocked. Breakfast was the best part: fresh, delicious, and served with such warmth it felt like visiting Grandma. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily come back next time we're in Tbilisi! Nothing we didn’t like, but a couple of things to keep in mind: the hotel is located on a hill, so getting back after a full day of walking can be a bit challenging, especially for older guests. Our room was on the third floor with a spiral staircase at the end — worth it for the view, but you'll want to save some energy for that final stretch. Also, the in-room bar is well stocked, everything is charged at checkout — including coffee and tea, which are often complimentary elsewhere.

I have stayed in Tbilisi a few times but had never stayed on this side of the river. It was really interesting to stay on that side and as a first night as it gives a nice, comfortable entry stay before jumping into the more tourist-centric busy old downtown area across the river. The place is cute with just a few rooms and the balcony overlooking the river is really nice. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. The location and scenery outside the hotel is quite cute as well, as it is located on a cobblestone street that isn't full of cars. The general location is wonderful for walking all around the city. If you struggle with noise, it might be a bit difficult as there is a water pump that can be quite loud when you use the water. I didn't find it to be a big issue but I someone who is more sensitive to noise might struggle.

The entire stay was excellent. The views were exceptional.

Location, wonderful staff, great views from our room’s terraces, very good breakfast. We would return again. The A/C was not quite strong enough to keep our room cool. It was comfortable but not cool. The shower leaked a bit.

Exceptional

We liked the location of the hotel and The view from the balconey. The bed was Also very comfortable Breakfast Wasn't to our taste: we don't like cottage cheese, sandwich bread or instant coffee. They served us pancakes twice out of 5 days. On the bedroom side, there was a lot of noise in the windows when it was windy. there is also a problem with the flow rate of the sink faucet. Finally, there is no elevator. The stairs are steep and there is no one to help you take your suitcases up or down

The hotel location was near many sightseeing sites. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was healthy and assorted.

The hotel's location was great. You can visit all important and historical places in Tbilisi by walking. The rooms are the same in the photos and it was great. The view of the room was awesome. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel. (Room with balcony, at the top floor). Also I could say that you need to come here during summer or spring times. Nothing ☺️
