Before booking, we were told that the property had parking. However, when we arrived, we found out that the "parking" was simply public street parking across the road, not a private parking area as we had been led to believe. The breakfast was very poor, with very limited options and not worth mentioning. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable—it felt more like a sun lounger than an actual bed, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the staff. We had booked five rooms and had requested in advance that they reserve just two parking spaces for our group until our other friends arrived. When we got there, they claimed we had never made such a request and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of trying to help, the staff were argumentative, unfriendly, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Overall, the information provided before our arrival was misleading, the facilities did not meet expectations, and the staff's attitude completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Rooms are not clean and need repairing, they are already tooo old. Windows are not soundproof, it fells like people who are talking outside are standing among you

The location was pretty central and very quiet, the room was nice and well equipped, great roof terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For my Turkish husband it was a pleasant surprise that there were Turkish-speakers The breakfast room is gloomy and the choice rather poor (no honey, jam or butter)

1st of all the hotel is old and need renovation. For 5 nights staying we got 4th floor, very poorly equipped, stopped ceiling which kept on hitting our heads and windows in the ceiling and even after complains they didn't agree to change the room to lower floor but after two days they gave us room at this floor and not so much better. The amenities were extremely poor with no enough shampoo even. The breakfast was very basic, less than continental, a broken leg chair was left in the room without warning us and I almost fall off. In short, not an experience that we would like to repeat.

My room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony and a city view. The room was very light and comfortable. The room's AC worked well and the shower was always warm enough and the water pressure was good. With the low money paid for 5 nights, and considering the super amazing location, this was more than a bargain. If you have mobility issues, this hotel is not for you, as you have to climb very steep roads to reach it, unless you always take taxis to and from the hotel door. Also, be advised that the doors do not stop the noise from coming into the room.

Wifi coverage was poor, one of the sheets on the bed upon checkin was damp

Nice room, good breakfast

The best feature was the location of the hotel. Breakfast itself was OK, but I'd seen reviews that raved about it. We were disappointed. The room itself was basic, and in need of a good paint job. However, Micha at the front desk was extremely helpful in letting us leave some bikes at the hotel while we traveled. A massive help! The biggest drawback was the smell of lingering smoke and the depressing breakfast space in the basement. Rooms need sprucing up. For the price, a paint job and new carpet would be nice.

Amazing friendly staff and nice neighborhood.
-
Room was unclean with the stripes on the wall
-
Sanitary. Bugs in the room, smell in the bathroom, shedding towels.
-
Nice and clean hotel with amazing view on the rooftop.
-
The breakfasts were also very poor; it felt as if we were in a cheap state-run hospital rather than a hotel. The staff were very friendly—a huge thank you to them!

The reception team they were so friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my trip being in such a beautiful hotel.

Good location It’s run down and smelly. Overused doesn’t feel fresh

Breakfast was a bit on the poor side, but still amazing value for your buck

The guys who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They speak English, Russian, and of course Georgian. They'll give you whatever advice they can to help you with your time in Tbilisi. Perhaps I arrived a little faster than I intended, but they worked it out to let me check in early. The coffee machine in the lobby is cheap, fast, and quite good. They could use a more formal bag storage setup. They are willing to store bags for you if you need it, but perhaps if they set up a separate room or it, it would help. Their early check in policy is straightforward, but if they had a formal option to store your bags before checking in at the right time, that would make things a little smoother.
