Location as it’s on a hill which was not mentioned on the property description . The breakfast was not a 5* standard very below average. No live station

Great location and friendly staff.

We took the suite on the 8th floor which has a big bedroom and a spacious living room. The sofa bed in the living room that was mentioned while booking was actually a regular sofa but the hotel added an extra single bed without charging for it. Huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great views of the all city from the windows as the hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from the lower station of the funicular train at the top of the old city. It means also that you need to walk back up once going down to the city, but it's a nice walk in the small streets of old Tbilisi. And taxis are very cheap (use Bolt). The breakfast had a large variety of options, but non of them were really delicious. It was ok. The pool is quite a small indoor pool with a few sun beds around it. Doesn't look very tempting but it's there if you want to.

Clean room and friendly staff, Thank you Mary for welcome sweets and juice? Gym not well organized, running track didn’t work at all.

The hotel seems new-ish or recently renovated, the rooms are super spacious and modern with a great view of the city. The best hot chocolate at breakfast I've had in years.That is all. Breakfast is ok. Not a lot of fresh fruit (the available ones are put at 7 am,so by 9am they look and are brown). I was given a room in the 8th floor. Water pressure was non-existent, and water temperature was only lukewarm. There was no extra blanket available in the room and at 7°C outside (in April, yes!) the AC was only for cooling, so for 2 nights I basically couldn't sleep with the cold and couldn't even warm myself with a hot bath. After complaining 3 times, and asking for a heater for the room, they finally changed the central AC to hot. The hotel is up a very steep hill to the right of Liberty Square. fairly central but you have to get a taxi to go up the hill. The pool is OK.

Toilet did not have the water hose.

Quiet and peaceful location , close down the road to major sightseeing locations. Room menu has limited choices.

The suite was remarkable, the view was excellent, the welcoming was warm. Strong odour from the bathroom, lack of breakfast variety, certain staff friendliness.

I recently stayed at Pine astoria and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was perfect,making it easy to explore the city. the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Georgia
