Regretting on my decision for booking the stay in this property AC was not working throughout our stay. We had complained but wasn’t taken it seriously. No one cleaned our rooms despite we had put the clean my room request outside the door. Housekeeping staff wasn’t available and we had to go every time to the reception from 5th floor to get cutlery, toiletries and dishes etc.

The hotel was beautiful, spotless clean, and the staff was amazing. But the one staff member I have to really call out is Maria. She went above and beyond my expectations. I had an incident that’s a very long story, but she helped me so I could actually get home to America. She was just outstanding. I wish I could take her home with me or take her traveling with me wherever I go there’s not words that can describe how professional she was how accommodating she was just all around the best kind of employee you wanna have in your hotel. There were ants in the bathroom. There's a steep climb up the hill from the main boulevard.

The room was big and convenient The elevator was not working, and we had to use stairs. The hotel checked out us by accident, and we could not open the room. It was before our last night.

The fact that we arrived early in the morning left our things there to go around town to come back for check in time. They knew we were already there but forgot about our room making up excuses that the previous people left late. We wait and hour extra after we came back from our walk. Also for the water to be hot you had to wait 10 minutes. It really needs an update on facilities because they were definitely not worth the money.

They don’t have a pool although they say there is. They send us to another building to look for swimming pool but we didn’t find it. It easier to get to the beach…..

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
