The hotel is in a great location at the center of Tbilisi old town - very close to attractions, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is basic but good, could use better coffee though. The bed was very soft, for me it was not comfortable but my partner could not sleep at all. Another thing was the bathroom which in our room (202) was in the balcony with a glass ceiling which was very weird. I guess other rooms are better.

The room was big, clean and well lit. The location is right in the old city and is easy to find. the staff were helpful. Nice shower with good water pressure. All night there was loud music playing from a nearby club/restaurant that was disturbing and made it difficult to sleep well. the bed was very soft and the mattress dented in the middle.

Diana that works in the reception it's the best , she helped me a lot to find my charger that I forgot at the train station, she is very nice , kind, serviceable , takes care of everything, will.never forget her, she helped also with my taxi to the train station. Also the crew that works with her are very professional, kind , with smile all the time. One of the best hotels I ever been in my life and I ha e been to hundreds....the hotel is very cozy , the room very big ,clean , I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! The TV didn't have channels only you tube but anyways nobody stays at hotel watching TV in Tbilisi. That was the only "negative" at this hotel. Will never forget this hotel of being one of the best i ever been

I recently relocated to Tbilisi and absolutely love this hotel! Perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi. Beautiful and quiet rooms that are beyond clean. But the best part of NOBO is the staff. Everyone who works here is very warm and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy my stays here and cannot recommend this hotel enough!

NOBO Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Old Tbilisi on Kote Afkhazi Street, the main road running from Liberty Square down to the Mtkvari River, so you're within easy reach of everything. My room faced the street, and as a light sleeper I'll admit I was a little worried at first, but it was surprisingly quiet. I slept like a baby. The building is beautiful, inside and out, and the rooms are just as lovely. Everything is immaculate—every inch of this place is incredibly clean. The staff are professional, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout. I'd like to single out two people in particular: Luka and Saba. I had two long conversations with each of these young men and came away thoroughly impressed. They're respectful, knowledgeable, and humble, and I enjoyed speaking with them on a wide range of topics. If you're looking for a beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located hotel in Old Tbilisi, NOBO is an easy recommendation.

Couldn't rest at all here: - The hotel is right next to the bar with crazy loud clubbing music till 11-12am. It was not just a loud music, it literally shakes the window. Reception told us it will turn off the jusc around 11pm, however, the music went crazy even after midnight, so we claimed this, but the Reception response was 'they will leave the bar soon.' But the manager called the police later. Room windows have zero capability to block noises. - Water issue: on the first night, there was NO water till 4am. Although there was water issue due to the street from morning, when we checked in at 4pm, the staff didn't mention a thing. Also we asked multiple times on the water updates, we have never got back any updates.

All service team was fantastic. The manager Beka and his employees Saba, Lora and everyone else made sure our stay was most comfortable! Great job guys!!! Please keep it up! We could not find a single thing that we didn’t like.

Location and Service / Nice clean hotel Everything was good

Perfect location, good breakfast, clean and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air-con stops when you remove the key card, so every time you leave the room, it gets hot and stuffy in there.

The staff at this hotel are the best feature. The rooms are soundproof which is good due to the location. The breakfast was great as well.
