Very friendly owners. On check-in gave a bottle of homemade wine, it was delicious. The hotel has a rooftop with a great view, table and chairs, we were there in the evening and for breakfast. Location is superb - old town. Room had fridge and kettle, A/C, hot shower, all good. Great value for money. 4 of us stayed in a 4 person room, the layout is such that it feels quite crowded, not much room. No surprises though, we stayed just 1 night and it was good. For longer stay of 4 people I'd rather book 2 rooms.

Tbileseli Inn has two relevant points: location and service. A few meters from the main Old City throughfare, close to Gudiashvili Square. The team was very attentive and helpful. It is a very simple hotel but delivers an excellent cost-to-benefit ratio. Some of the hotel facilities seem to be in disrepair. The wifi would work for a while and then fail - that happened more than once during my stay. The elevator also went out of service at the end of my stay.

Very good central location, delicious complimentary bottle of local wine, and helpful staff. The room was rather small.

Location

The location was perfect. The hotel’s location was perfect. However, the room was too small for three adults, and the bathroom was in poor condition. During our two-night stay, we did not receive any housekeeping service to clean the room, which made the stay less comfortable.

Very good location, Luka is also a great host and he provided us with plenty of recommendations for restaurants and tours. The hotel itself has very comfortable rooms and awesome rooftop with view around the old city.

Strategic location in old city and walking distance to most attractions. Hotel is clean and room is spacious. The hotel owner Luca is very nice and helpful. He managed to solve our issue with airport taxi driver who intended to scam us. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel.. Nothing :)

Breakfast was delightful! Tina provided a great variety and Luka even offered to make an omelet. It was all fresh and included some unique dishes, like strawberry bread and a potato fritter that was amazing. Luka was very inviting and there was no problem when we wanted to stay an additional day. The location was perfect in Old Town but on a side street so it was quiet. Plus … the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a log. We’ve already decided we will stay when we return to Tbilisi in April. Nothing
