The location is unbeatable—just steps away from old town and everything else you could want in the heart of Tbilisi. The staff at Kalasi Hotel were exceptional. Every person I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and ensured my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself felt very safe and well-maintained, which made all the difference after a day exploring the city. Overall, I can recommend Kalasi Hotel. It’s the perfect blend of location, comfort, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Tbilisi.

There are bed bugs which was terrible experience. Staff changed our rooms but still we are upset

Everything was ok

Room was nice and clean and had all what required by a traveller in the room. Location is so good. Breakfast was very good. Staff very cooperative and humble. I was ok and nothing noticeable

-The location was perfect - the staff perfect -the room sizes - there’s bidet in the bathroom - A mistake happened with the rooms but they fix it fast with love and friendly way .. - the breakfast was poor need to be more various.. - the doors of the rooms are keys not cards and the ac is unit , U will feel that u are living in a old hotel version.. but everything was perfect and definitely not the last time ..

Location of the property is the highlight, nearby restaurants and shops available. 5 to 10 min walkable distance to peace of bridge. Have their own underground parking. If you are driving to here yourself the parking is there before the main entrance which you have to find first else you will have to go around and come back since its a one way road. There is no parking board present in front of it.

The location of the hotel is superb as many of the tourist places are nearby and walkable distance. Breakfast is with reasonable choices delicious, especially the juice liked very much. Staff are very attentive to help. At least keeping a water bottle on the second day. Had to go again outside during the cold weather just to get a bottle of water.

Great location with a comfortable bed. The room had everything one might need (AC, TV, tea maker and complimentary tea and coffee), ok internet speed and a good breakfast buffet.

We came almost 2 hour before Check-in and they let ıs for early check in. That was very good. The rooms are very clean and location was wonderful. Since it is city centre there were noises in the night but overall Ok. There is a need for coffee machine in breakfast.
