The location there are a few areas that could be improved. The TV does not support iPhone screen mirroring, and there is no YouTube, Netflix, or other entertainment options. The bathroom is quite small, and the room itself is a bit compact. In addition, the hotel has limited facilities, with only guest rooms and a breakfast buffet available.

- Приветливый стафф, сделали всё, чтобы заселить меня немного пораньше - Красивая мозаика в коридорах - Хорошие постельное бельё и матрас - Отличное расположение Я была во многих четырех- и пятизвездочных отелях, но это определённо был один из самых моих худших опытов. - Плесень в ванной (на фото) - Нет стандартного для пятизвездочных отелей гигиенического набора в виде ватных дисков, ватных палочек, шапочки для душа или бритвенных принадлежностей. Есть только зубная щетка и паста, но нет стаканчика под щетку - Низкий уровень приватности, неудачная планировка, видела голых соседей из коридора, сама была вынуждена спать с зашторенными окнами - Балкон был сломан и не запирался на ключ, и учитывая низкий уровень приватности, в безопасности я себя в итоге не чувствовала - На полотенцах и халате были пятна, края полотенец были изношены и из них торчали нитки - В ванной нет вытяжки, если принимать душ или пользоваться феном с закрытой дверью, то становится тяжело дышать - Жуткие пятна на ковре в номере (на фото) - Ужасный завтрак. Помидора с плесенью (на фото), тухлая колбаса, невкусные блинчики с начинкой, ужасный мутабал. После завтрака случилась сильная диарея. На завтраке был довольно скудный выбор, было не так много вариантов для людей с непереносимостью лактозы, мало овощей и много углеводов - Противопожарный датчик расположен в потолке прямо над кроватью и очень ярко моргает, тяжело засыпать

Location and breakfast were good, The room was clean (one stain on the carpet) and everything worked as it should. I had a rental car for a couple of days, I person told me that the hotel had an agreement with a lot down the street. Park there and pay the hotel. Another told me they had no idea what the first one was talking about. It was very confusing. There is an inexpensive, by US standards, parking down the street. Pay at the lot. Also, we were two couples with the reservation under one name. The second couple arrived much later than we did. I made sure I told the desk they were coming and their name. They had a very difficult time checking in which did get resolved, but should not have occured.

Location Hotel is very outdated and is in dire need of refurbishment. Certainly not a 5 star hotel as they claim. We stayed in the suite and the carpets were extremely dirty with stains all over it. The hotel is located on a very busy street.If you are a light sleeper it would be impossible to sleep.

Location The place was good location the front desk staff all well but in terms of house keeping room cleaning changing towels napkins refilling tissue rolls facial tissue box changing bedsheet pillow cover the duvet cover all remained the same since we checked in till check out and on request all was not changed we stayed at the property for 7 days check in 13/06/2026 check out 19/06/2026 and the floor carpet was dirty always they just vacuum on request 1 day only so over all cleanliness 0/10 very bad experience with house keeping though I lived in the same Hotel for Five days in February 2026 so I feel it’s not worth the price I Paid 2000Gel for 6 nights for a unhygienic room my bedsheet was dirty after the 4 day of stay and the bed too was not done well at all over all rating 0 I have no idea if this feedback is of any value but next Georgia trip we might as well try another Property Thankyou

Great location, comfortable bed The room was dirty, the floor carpet was stained and disgusting. We got room 117 which is right on the street, you feel as if each person walking by is in the room with you. There is no sound proofing at all, so it is very loud.

Location! Room was small

The room size was good, and the hotel location was excellent, you will get everything within for the 5 minutes walk. The staff was unbelievable ( very cooperative, humble, friendly, and helpful). The room carpet was very dirty, and the refrigerator was not working properly.

The price did not match the quality. The room appeared to be unclean, the carpets were in poor condition, and the corners of the room also looked neglected.

Elegant and modern design with an impressive lobby, good location. Particularly suitable for a city trip . Kind staff. Noisy street. Rooms without view Reasonably clean, shower and toilet very small and inconvenient to use.

Great breakfast. Convenient location. Comfortable room. Stains on carpet (in halls, in the room). Didn’t have 5-star amenities.
