Great location, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern, comfortable and very well maintained, and the breakfast was good too. Our host Lasha was exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Great location in the old town. It’s on a side street where you don’t hear any noise. There’s lots of details to make the space comfortable like cold filtered water in the lobby, lots of hooks in the bathroom, fridge, and usb outlets beside the bed. Breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of food including yogurt, fruit, vegetables, eggs, crepes, and spreads. It was all labeled for dietary restrictions. We checked out early and staff had prepared at takeaway lunchbox for us which was included. Although the food was good at breakfast, the service could be better. The staff didn’t clear plates for an hour so if you came for breakfast at 9am, all the tables had dirty dishes on them. There was no sign that indicated you could order coffee like an espresso or americano. Breakfast started a little late at 8am. It was quite full then so could start earlier. The benches were very low so a shorter person would have a hard time reaching the table. Some of the walls that the tables were pushed against were a bit dirty or stained.

The staff was super friendly, Especially the guys called Lasha. The breakfast was not super extensive but everything tasted pretty good and was of decent quality, better than excpected. The rooms themselves are pretty small and not much room for movement. The bathroom had minor issues with leakage between wet and dry zones.

Very friendly staff who greets me every time I pass by the lobby makes a real difference. Healthy and good variety of breakfast selections. I am especially pleased with the room service. I stayed for 4 days and 2 new bottles of water were provided every day, which is rare for hotels. The location is perfect. Liberty Square, great Georgian restaurants and coffee shops, markets, and souvenir shops are all within 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. I would stay there again. Nothing.

Graf Hotel is in a perfect location—close to everything, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so you can actually sleep at night. I'm a light sleeper, and I slept like a baby. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are incredibly clean. Two people stood out. Nika at reception is a great conversationalist and genuinely friendly. And Lasha, the bellhop, is incredibly professional—always smiling, shook my hand every time I came back to welcome me, and gave great restaurant recommendations. He knows the neighborhood inside out, including the history of Georgia. Only stayed one night, but I'd come back without hesitation.

Perfect location - max 5 min away to Freedom Square, 10 to Bridge of Peace and 15 to Meidan! Caring staff - they did everything to make us comfortable Room size and smoking being allowed in front of the building because all the smell was in the room

The location is very central you can walk around all old tbilisi. The rooms was really clean and breakfast is outweighed our expectations.
