Location is the best thing about this place, also quite clean. Room was smaller than expected and the fact that it has no window to open (other than the window that opens to the hallway). There are cheaper options in the city if you look into actual apartments for the same price.

location is within walking distance to majority site near old town . The bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean with good shower. My room doesn’t have windows to exterior. But I should have read the description more carefully when booking .

The stay was wonderful — the rooms were warm, clean, and tidy. The showers were new, with hot water and of course very clean. The hosts were amazing — they picked us up from the town of Iprari to the guesthouse, and the next day drove us to continue our route. The food was excellent, and the family was so kind and pleasant. They also offer transportation from Ushguli to Mestia at a friendly price and with great service. We had an amazing experience!!

The bedroom window overlooked the common corridor, which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Owner is very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect area also. The sound from the corridor comes directly into the rooms, but considering the price and the hospitality, it didn't really matter to me.

The location is great-just in the center. Closed by the best night life of Tbilisi, the liberty square, the cable lift, the peace bridge. Very clean. Small fridge, air condition. Its all new. High standard. Near the Chabad house. We rent 2 rooms, one of them was very big for all of us (5 persons). The owner is there for us around the clock for any need. We found parking farely fast. Highly recommended.

Nice place, cozy, modern. The owner was very helpful. Everything was brand new - very much attention to the details. Whoever comes using gps, the location is wrong, try to search by address. Or contact the owner.
