Nice central hotel There is underground parking Good room There is a sauna and a small gym They gave me the room an hour before. You need to ask the reception to prepare the sauna and open the gym instead of it being always open. There is no water bar in the gym and sauna .When I wanted to buy another day at the hotel they was told that the hotel was already full ,There should always be one room available for a guest who wants to extend their stay at the hotel

Location The staff were unfriendly and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Opening the window wasn't an option either, as there's active construction directly outside. On top of that, the room itself was dirty. I booked one night and couldn't have stayed an hour longer.

Very small room In my case specific there was a construction right in front my room, so all day long since morning was a lot of noise they do have parking there, however if you have a huge car like SUV there will be a problem to get there and get out there, underground parking fits 5-6 cars the max Also because of the location there is no place to park car outside the hotel

Location was decent Mold in the bathroom and mini fridge. Smoke smell in the room.

Breakfast was good but it was cold when we reached the breakfast room. It would have been better if items on breakfast was a little more defined in the English language.

We stayed only one night and the staff helped us with special requests of water and took care of our needs. We had a good check-in and check-out experience. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The balcony (though due to extreme cold weather we could not use) was huge and amazing view of the snow-clad mountains. We had one of the memorable stay in a prime location in the city. Nothing, everything was good and as promised.

The location is great and house keeping is doing great job Facilities first two nights weren’t fixed but eventually they did help me out

Top location, coolest part of Vake district! Beds are super comfy, duvet is warm (fur/feather), pillows could be better btw. The city view from 501 was awesome! It was +7 outside, central AC heating didn't work. The staff claimed that whole building was turned off from heating system. Apparently hot water was OK, so probably they just decided to cut the cost for the heating in October. We had to sleep in warm clothes (heat-tech) with +18 in the room. If you like to freeze - book it. Breakfast is just a joke, go outside find something better. Lots of cockroaches! I caught and deported at least 5 of them from the room in just 1h. They literally came across my laptop at the table, wow :)

No nonsense staff, I checked in, slept there for two nights and left. Easy and nice. Quiet cozy room, everything's clean. If we're nitpicking, maybe shower pressure could be better, but there's really nothing to complain about.

the air-conditioner was old and extremely loud. the tv had only Georgian channels, in the bathroom the smell was very unpleasant.
