The price for a private room is great and the bathrooms get cleaned very well and often. The cleaning lady was the only one who was friendly and actually saying hi and smiling. The staff working there don’t seem really friendly they just handed me the key and didn’t even show me the bathroom kitchen or anything else. The room is full of mosquitoes like nowhere else in Tbilisi. The have nets at the window but they come in anyway. The whole walls are covered with blood and dead mosquitoes. They have a fan but it’s not working so it gets really hot in the night. The bathroom smells really bad even though it gets cleaned it still has muld everywhere and stinks from the pipes. It was really disgusting and the bathroom sink was broken at least 2 of them you couldn’t use only one worked.

Well equipped kitchen, very easy and cheap to reach old town via bus, calm but central location, private room is basic but cozy, laundry was good and easy. Socializing was possible shower hose was leaking big time, showers were not clean, some water taps need to be repaired, bathroom was too dark
