There was a party on ground floor restaurant until 2AM that we could hear in our room, almost as if we were there too. Either have a better sound isolation in rooms, or have parties until midnight. We were exhausted and literally couldn't sleep because of the loudness of the music. We had to wait until they finished partying to sleep...

The location was amazing as I grew up near that area. Walk out of the hotel into the heart of Tbilisi The hotel staff was nice and spoke English well for the most part. Thank you for hospitality and extra hour for check-out! The things to improve: AC had no button for the mode, so you couldn't switch the temp control. There were no charging ports for phones, and most importantly the rooms were lacking simple tissue box. Also the elevator was very slow.

The room and the hotel were generally very good. The only downside was that the floor in the room was very dirty and covered with stains.

The A/C didn't work properly. It was on, but it didn't cool the air. The A/C was working like a fan, blowing warm air into the room. I asked to fix it, and the staff tried to reset it, but it didn't help.

Everything about the property was just perfect- the location, the staff, the breakfast, the overall interior and facilities. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Tbilisi. Especially grateful to Lika (if I remember her name correctly), who was super helpful on our first day, when we had an issue with our previous hotel. As we initially didn’t plan to stay at BW, Lika was really helpful in organizing a quick room for us (with a discount) and making sure we are not left with a spoiled mood after the bad experience with the previous hotel.

Breakfast could have been better.

Good value for money. Big room. Comfortable bed, linen and cushions. I liked armchairs. Good bathroom and water pressure. Climate was switched off. I couldn't set up comfortable temperature.

There was no heating in the room and it was 5 degrees outside.

The location of the hotel. This is only what we like. This was the worst stay I had... I suppose when I choose the name - Best Western Hotel it will mean the quality. But unfortunately totally not! When I booked 2 rooms I asked for rooms close to each other and I had email confirmation about that, but in reality the rooms are located in different levels. During registration, the guy at the reception confused all the names and made mistakes in the documents... Photos of the rooms on the website do not match reality. In the second room there was a cobweb above the bed. In the evening we asked the reception about several more bottles of water, but the guy in the reception says that this is impossible.. We arrived later in the evening, my room was not clean and it had a very strong smell of cigarettes, in the bathroom I had the strong swamp smell. The lock of the door of the second room was broken and not working properly....it seems it was broken or cut.... The TV screen in my room is not working also. I tried to call reception (24x7) but nobody picked up the phone. In the bathroom the hot water is available only, but if I wish to have a cold it is impossible. There is old carpet on the floor, the only good thing is the comfortable bed and anti-allergenic bed linen, but against the background of the room saturated with the smell of tobacco and mud, this loses all meaning. In the morning when we were sitting in the hotel bar where nothing was working, you couldn’t even drink coffee or a bottle of water, a girl came in and turned on loud music, we asked her to turn it down or turn it off, but she said that this was not possible.... Do you think this is normal? Georgia has always been famous for its warmth and hospitality - but this hotel and its service are definitely not! For this money you can find a small nice art hotel in the same area. With nice rooms and caring staff. Dear hotel management, this is simply not respectful for the client who arrives tired and just wants a clean room, cup of coffee and rest!

The mattress and pillows were very dry.

It was a great pleasure to enjoy the hotel and the surrounding!

Location was perfect. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - it was super!
