Great rooms and location. We didn’t try the restaurant nor the hotel gym facilities. But the room was clean and comfortable and spacious ? the design of the room is so calming since it’s very minimalist. The smell of the hotel is wonderful and so welcoming.

If you choose to stay here, expect a beautiful property with excellent food. Just don’t expect the attentive, personalized service that should define a hotel of this category. I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Don’t assume that, just because The Telegraph is a 5 star hotel and a member of Leading Hotels of the World, it will provide a high standard of service. The biggest disappointment, was my partner’s birthday. I informed the hotel in advance and specifically requested a birthday cake. Unfortunately, the birthday was never acknowledged, and the cake was never delivered, not during breakfast, not at dinner, and not to our room. It was simply ignored. After I raised my disappointment the following day, the hotel apologized with a handwritten card, a bottle of sparkling wine, and some treats. I appreciated the gesture, but it came too late to make up for the missed occasion.

The Telegraph Hotel is a beautiful, modern hotel in an excellent location for exploring Tbilisi on foot. The rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The overall design and atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale and contemporary. Our room overlooked a parking lot, so unfortunately there were no views to enjoy. The biggest downside was the noise at night. The hotel is next to a casino, and throughout the night we could hear police using loudspeakers outside, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. This hotel is only a few floors so nothing spectacular to look at.

Location, friendly staff but not doing what they are supposed to do ..!! My 6-night stay (May 29–June 5) was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of a luxury hotel. From the moment I arrived, basic amenities were missing, with simple requests such as a loofah, slippers, and tissues taking hours or even a full day to be delivered. The room advertised as having a king bed actually consisted of two twin mattresses pushed together, causing significant discomfort and back pain. Midway through my stay, I was pressured to move from my preferred high-floor balcony room to a lower-floor room due to an alleged technical issue, only to later learn the room had apparently been reassigned to wedding guests. This felt misleading and unprofessional. The hotel also relocated breakfast from the main restaurant to a crowded Throughout my stay, it felt as though regular paying guests were treated as secondary to wedding guests, leading to room downgrades, reduced services, and an overall disappointing experience. normal room because the restaurant was reserved for wedding guests, significantly reducing the quality of the experience and forcing us to sit at the same table to have breakfast with strangers (picture attached). Later, a bathroom drain failure caused flooding, yet no staff were sent to clean or resolve the issue until the next day. To make matters worse, housekeeping failed to change my bed sheets despite a specific request, and after being promised immediate assistance, nobody arrived. Overall, the stay was marked by poor service, long delays, misleading communication, inadequate housekeeping, and a lack of consideration for paying guests. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Brilliant design, lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Not thought from a guest perspective. No hanger for towels and bathrobes, little space for clothes. Access to rooftop had to be done always via reception, which is unacceptable for house guests.

A brilliant hotel! A great location and loads of brilliant restaurants inside! A really lively atmosphere! If you’re looking to have a good time, I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing place neat and professional service best in Tbilisi The pool is in the other hotel

Beautiful and elegant hotel with a unique design and great atmosphere. The location in Tbilisi is perfect, close to the old town and many attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Breakfast and overall service were excellent.

Very clean aesthetic hotel with very cool vibe. Rooms are spacious and the hotel management team gave me an upgrade to celebrate my wife birthday! None.

Best location and iconic building with exceptional architecture

My first time trying a hotel in Tablisi but I can tell that this will be one of the best (if not the best) hotel in Tablisi. Very friendly staff and location right in the middle of Tablisi. The rooms are amazing in a unique way away from traditional hotels, and the tech used in the rooms are modern and very useful.

The rooms are surprisingly bigger than what the pictures show, the amenities are very fancy, the restaurants are super high quality, the story of that building, the location, the bar, the only thing I found OVER priced is the spa. The jazz bar is beautiful. The rooms can be cleaned better during the stay. At check-in, they were perfect, but during the stay, it felt like they could have been taken care of more.
