Aura Plaza Hotel

Very noisy in the hotel, doors are thick, and you can hear every step or talk outside your room and in neighboring rooms. Breakfast is too simple. There is nothing to choose from. Rooms are vet, conditioner doesn't help

Only issue we had was that wifi didn’t really work well. But honestly we didn’t ask the stuff about it, so maybe it was fixable if we asked:))

Great location From the moment I stepped in, I was not welcome. No smiling, got the wrong smaller room. When asked for hot water (it is shown in the pictures that the room has the kettle), the women who was asked to bring it made a reluctant noise. The temperature outside was minus 3, the room waited for us cold, even though I wrote exact time of arrival. We got another room, also cold, switched on the AC for 30. It was working all evening and all night, the room stayed cold. I slept (barely) in 2 sweaters and a hoody and 2 pairs of pants. The next morning I canceled my second night and moved out. The price was cheap, the experience was horrible.

The location was good and rooms are big. The host was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good even though the options are limited. There were no tea and coffee in the room.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of most touristic areas. I didn’t need to use public transportation at all while exploring Tbilisi. The room was clean and comfortable. Initially, the radiator in my room wasn’t working, but after I informed the hotel staff, they fixed it promptly. Other than that, I had no issues during my stay. I also arrived early in the morning, hours before the official check-in time, and they kindly allowed me to use my room, which was greatly appreciated after a tiring journey.

the receptionist was very nice and helpful, he helped us to curry our luggage since there were no elevator. the apartment was clean. the room was a bit small for our family we are 2 adults and two kids but we were fine since we stayed only one night

The staff were very welcoming and hospitable and helpful, the food was decent, and the location is perfect as it is close to the old town and sulfuric baths, and near bus stations that can take you anywhere.

Location is great for the old town and public transport is very close. Room was comfy but breakfast was quite basic....but then the price was very reasonable so no complaints....also have private parking

The staffs are kind Maria, Ghana and lady who is preparing the breakfast, good location where close to tourist spots, big room and good value for money! Highly recommended. Def will book again here❤️
