The stay has a homely atmosphere. Hostess Manana is brilliant and made a wholesome breakfast acocmodating vegetarian requirements with a full platter instead of limited options. Any concern or help, the family are just a call away and happy to resolve immediately. Even the cat Bhageera is so sweet and friendly. The location is perfect, at a walkable distance to major attractions of the city. Plz note there is no lift but they help you with carrying bigger luggage over the stairs.

A true charming family-run hotel, who treat their guests warm and friendly. Adding to the atmosphere is their black cat Bagira, who makes the place feel perfectly cozy.The hotel is situated on a beautiful mountside, but if you walk 5 minutes down, you are in the very heart of the city, on the central historical street, where everything is on the reachible distance. If you do not have difficulty with walking little bit uphill, you will definitely injoy the location - as it is really unique. I will definitely come back!

Very cool and authentic interior and very friendly staff - they served a delicious, overwhelming traditional breakfast. A little bit of noise from the road outside the room.

The place is just so lovely and cozy. So different from boring big chain hotels. Location is very good: nice quiet area, but not too far from main attractions. And the breakfast is absolutely awesome.

It’s very calm area, you can park your car and just walk wherever you want. The staff were very kind. Everything was great!

The place is very clean. The staff was just grumpy. I was told after I arrived that I could not have breakfast before 9 AM. All the tours start at 9 AM, this is very inconvenient. When I came down at 8 AM to ask for a cup of coffee, I got a dirty look, and grudgingly was obliged (with instant coffee). The next day, as I was walking out the door, a woman in her pajamas barked at me that “breakfast is between 9 and 11!“ And if this is the policy and tradition, I understand. You can just be nicer about how you communicate it.

The hosts are extremely polite and welcoming, and it honestly feels like being with your own parents. The street is a bit old and there is a small uphill walk, but the warm and friendly environment makes it completely worth it. I would happily stay here again.

Kind and very nice couple who run this family business. I stayed just after the New Year and the house was very nicely decorated. The breakfast was fantastic! Really recommend anyone who wishes to feel the "home" in Tbilisi, ??

we came back to a room that had not been cleaned. There were people talking on the street till late night, was very disturbing.

Like joining a Georgian family! The hospitality was off the charts. HUGE freshly prepared breakfast every morning and, honestly, it was some of the best meals we had in Tbilisi. Bonus, home made wine is available if you wanted it. The home itself once belonged to a famous movie director( cool fact!). It was located a little far from the usual hot spots and it’s uphill, but we found some of the coolest wine bars and restaurants that way. And the owner would call you a taxi ( very cheap) anytime you need it.

HUGE room, amazing view, super central location within walking distance of major sights, attractions, great restaurants and bars. Unbelievably warm and welcoming staff (it truly is a FAMILY HOTEL, & you become part of the family when you stay there). Very budget friendly pricing, and absolutely MASSIVE breakfast provided, with lots of local Georgian favorites to taste. The only thing I would add is a shower curtain in the bathroom, as you need to be a little careful or you’ll spray water everywhere…but this is a VERY minor issue, especially compared to all the positives.

The breakfast was delicious! With home made chachapuri and jams and everything is fresh. The room was nice and comfy. Beds are ok. And it was si quiet and tranquil in the morning there on the balcony.

People are very l helpful, hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was great and we felt at home.
