Grand View Hotel

The service was excellent: the staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Grand View Hotel Tbilisi to anyone who wants comfort, great service, and a beautiful view.

The morning-shift staff member was unresponsive and became irritated over small requests, such as asking for an iron. Additionally, there were bees in the room, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Getting there's a little tricky but the staff does a great job of helping you every step of the way. It's more like an apartment complex room with a great view and lots of privacy. It does the job at a great price!

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was excellent! The view from my room is superb! And the breakfast is so delicious. I would like to commend all the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. And thank you for the complimentary wine for my birthday. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family, and I look forward to staying here again soon! I would suggest to put hotel name signage outside the building, also inside the elevator, at the stairs, and at the entrance door. And to put directional signs going to hotel. Additionally, to put nice lights at the stairs going up the hotel area and more lights at the reception. Other than that, everything is excellent.

It’s not easily seen from the main road. Hope you put up a signage or something so you can attract more guests. But the admin was really helpful! Mr. Oto assisted us really well despite the late hour.

First I was bit nervous on the area. However when I saw my room I was surprised. To be honest this place has the grand view that they are talking about, whole Tbilisi city view which is so beautiful. Staff are super friendly. Since there was bit problem of parking staff offered free wine for me which was so kind. I love this place. I recommend this place.

The location is amazing, the welcoming atmosphere by OTTO was perfect, he took care of me the whole stay offered a lot of help and informations that i need, the bar upstairs is great with great staff, the Lady is just very kind. The building

When we reached the top, it felt superb — almost like staying in a penthouse. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and even wine. The room itself was spectacular, and it was the perfect place to spend our last two nights after several days of traveling around. We just wanted to relax and recharge, and this was the ideal spot. At first, you might get confused when you arrive — the building has no signs of “Grand View” and from the outside it doesn’t look like what I expected. Even from the entrance to the elevator, I thought I had made a mistake. But once Alexander kindly met us on the ground floor and helped with our luggage, everything changed.

Outdoor terrace in front of your room and city view from your room and terrace is really amazing. Breakfast was so fresh Staff are so friendly and helpful and very welcoming You will feel yourself at home

This hotel was more than I expected. The view of the mountains and the city center was amazing, with a big terrace made of artificial grass with a sitting egg and chairs. The room is pretty spacious. They gave me a welcome wine, met me at the bottom, and even suggested that I lift my luggage. The guy talking in English at the reception was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was terrific. The chef made it almost like homemade food with everything in it. There were desserts and pancakes every day, some traditional Georgian breakfast foods, and salads and cream. Everything. They also contact you and tell you the exact directions with photos and everything on the messaging system. Parking is free in front of the hotel, but there are some space issues. Usually, you get the money before the end of work hours and before evening. Other than that, everything is impressive.

The breakfast was awesome, everything was tasty. The personal was very responsive.

All is perfect. They just need to work on their beds as it too soft for easy sleeping. Other than that all is wonderfull

this is a penthouse converted into hotels rooms and has such amazing view of tbilisi!!! the spacious room has amenities and toiletries and with daily cleaning. there is a wide terrace with seating area where you can relax while having coffee or a drink. there’s such delicious and more-than-ample quantity and choices for breakfast. the timings for breakfast can be flexible. the ambiance in the breakfast room and bar, both located on the rooftop, are very relaxing. last but definitely not the least, the staff are very accommodating. the location is a bit hard for deliveries and the entrance lift ay the ground area does not have much lighting. but the staff assisted me every single time i have deliveries. the stairs is a bit uneven so you have to be very careful not to slip.
