Location is great, value is good too Noisy at most nights and during the day due to being inside of a stone well with kids and teenagers having fun Beds were really short: I’m 192 cm and footboards were “supporting” my calves (( had to roll the blanket to spread the pressure WiFi was weak: spotty at times and the speed was slow but not always No soap/shower gel, should I say more?!

Excellent location, the woman was super nice, gentle and made amazing breakfast. The bed it’s not the most comfortable, the hot water took a lot of time to get hot and it’s hard to find the hotel if you don’t know before.

Very friendly staff. Noise during the night.

The location very good, and the manager is very friendly . It is in the heart of the city everything by walking around is accessible.

The property’s location is highly accessible, allowing for easy movement throughout the city. Its convenience makes it simple to reach various landmarks, restaurants and attractions, enhancing my overall experience.

It was inside not the building only 05 rooms and not too much crowded. It was good in this price

Wonderful central location, small but very efficient room with private bathroom, at a good value price, close to all the sites and nice restaurants and Liberty square metro station. Irina made a lovely full and filling breakfast. George was very flexible and friendly.

The location is close to cafe & groceries and nearby metro station. The host George is very helpful and flexible as i got late check out. No security visible around the place although the host assure of property’s safety

The property is.. -In the heart of the city, nice surroundings, -easy access & walkable distance to all key places, -building is neat & clean (inside & outside), pocket friendly, -Delicious breakfast, -Aunt Maya & Family (Owner) they're so kind & helpful, One advice is NOT to accept Airport "pick up & Drop" provided by Hotel as they charged me GEL 100 (one side pick up only) where the local Bolt Taxi costs you less than GEL 30 for one side.

It was worth the price! It is not easy to find, no marks outside.

Aunt Maya was so welcoming. She cooked me a delicious breakfast each morning. Location is great to walk to most attractions. Room was very clean. Met expectations
