I have asked to do late check out because I had a very late flight and they were happy to assist me Everything was perfect

Light in elevator - me and friends felt bling everytime we walked out, guys please do something about that blue and red lighting Breakfast - not enough servants . Everything you try to ask cook for you eggs, the answer was we cant, its forbidden. Steange for 5 stars hotel.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and during New Year there was a lovely Christmas market just a few steps away which made the experience even better. The hotel design is exceptional with many beautiful spots for photos. Breakfast was good with enough variety for different tastes, and the staff were very friendly. They also kindly helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it.

Wonderful luxury hotel! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs were magnificent and the mushroom and chicken stew was life changing. We had everything we could need (maybe more coffee sticks?) and the staff was great. The aesthetic is unmatched. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in over 60 countries!

The reception in the first day didn’t allow us to check in although we Arrived at 2 pm,, he said the room is not ready and the check in time is at 3 pm ( weird),, they are not smiling, not helping The room is too small and not clean They didn’t clean unless we inform the to do The breakfast is too simple and not delicious Its location is far from attractions You can book better hotels with this value of money Too much expensive for this type of service

The bed and location. We stayed on the 7 the floor and the whole floor smelled of sewage. The Jacuzzi wasn’t hot at all and didn’t like the red light there and that area wasn’t safe to go down from the stairs as it lacks hand rails to grab onto risking one to fall. The breakfast wasn’t that impressive either.

The workers like a new, there is not any comfort for you, cleaning service 0, you must give money for clean you room, recption workers not friendly and working not profesional, like a new and can’t answer questions , swimmming pool is very dirty and small, not value for money

The hotel is at superb location. The design is thematical, with the old movies atmosphere. Breakfast is tasty and the stuff is very friendly. We liked the chief of kitchen stuff (don't know exactly his position) - a big bearded guy, very polite and nice guy. We felt the difference with service - when he was present and when is not. Very pleasant stay. The bar at the rooftop have some issues at preparing cocktails. But they are trying. Nice guys.

Wev booked a big suite, and the size of the room was quite big. The hotel is very stylish and conveniontly located. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly Everything was good, probably the spa facilities could be better, it was quite poor, just one sauna which was off when I was there and a small pool where you can not swim.

I was very impressed by this hotel and it was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in around the world. The design of the hotel is spectacular and alot of thought has gone into their Hollywood glamour theme. You really felt like a celebrity walking around. The spa is really nice and calm, if a bit spooky when I went because it was completely empty and so it had a horror cinema vibe. The bar on the roof is beautiful too and I'm sure in summer it it really a sight to behold. The staff were super friendly and the food in the restaurant was top quality too. A little bit of a walk to old town Tbilisi but the metro isn't that far away. At checkout I had to stand around while someone went to check the minibar and then they came back with a long list of things I was supposed to pay for, that were never there. Clearly the cleaner hadn't filled up the minibar properly at the beginning. They should give a list in the room of what was supposed to be in the minibar so you can call reception if stuff is missing on arrival. However the staff were super nice about it so saved the day. Goes to show the benefit of what happens when you have well-trained, pleasant receptionists - otherwise it would have been a mammoth drama. It is true what they say about the lack of soundproofing on the bar on the roof, they really need to sort that out, but I was the 2nd floor down from the roof so I could hear but it wasn't a big deal. If you were top floor though you'd be hopping mad. The sauna in the spa looked nice, but I could not figure out how to use so it was cold. Maybe they should put instructions on the wall for us stupid people!

Convenient location at the center of city, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Very nice and polite personnel. I had a breakfast included and it was rich and delicious. Nice room with great sound isolation windows so even considering that my windows looked out to the main street I haven’t noticed any noise at all. The cleaning service was made on a daily basis and with good quality. The hotel supplies you with all self cleaning stuff like soap and shampoo. The spa on the -2 floor was very convenient with its jacuzzi and 2 sauna compartments, the relaxing music on the background gives you a sense of comfort. So my visiting in Afisha and overall experience is great especially considering the price I payed. Really recommended! I would like to have in my room a water tub and bigger refrigerator, but it seems like many other hotels don’t have them either.

Very fresh and clean. Great location. Exceptional style, incredible quality of furniture, materials and surroundings. Stunning pool and spa zone. Great beds. Very helpful staff. Own parking under the building (but you should be lucky, there are just 4-5 slots). Nice breakfasts - fresh, delicious, unlimited. - It’s a bit pricy, but if you have “Genius 3”, it’s ok :) - “A la carte” menu is interesting and creative, but just not so tasty, as it could be, and a bit pricy too. Maybe adding some traditional Georgian dishes would help. But this is very individual of course. - There are no working zone in the hotel (wine bar?) or desks in the rooms.
