The hotel was overbooked and we got a shitty room either the same amount

Our stay at Hotel Arc Tbilisi was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Qeta and her father made us feel so welcome. they were both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely sweet, and their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on top of the building, offering breathtaking views of Tbilisi and the lively streets below. It’s also very accessible to the city’s attractions, making exploring effortless. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged with three single beds, and having a bathroom with a bidet was a huge plus for us. Every detail of our stay, from the friendliness of the staff to the amazing views, exceeded our expectations. We truly loved every moment and highly recommend Hotel Arc Tbilisi to anyone visiting the city. It’s a hidden gem that made our stay unforgettable. we can’t wait to return!

The room was completly different to the pictures. Small, with ripped wallpapper, had to move to a different hotel.

we reserved a room with a double bed and when we arrived it was not avalble anymore, but it was late so we had to stay, the owner was very nice and let us make a late checkout the day after. The building it self and the access upstiras is not super sympatic, was a bit hard to find even. there was no elivator and it's on the the second / 3 floor.

Nothing Owner cheating by selling the cheap rooms for expensive. For 86 lari per night they gave us the rooms for 78 lari. And instead of taking 86 lari they took 87 lari online from us. When we trying to explain for many times they pretended as if they didn’t understand us. No lift. The hotel is on the 3 floor itself. No clean - we found under our bed a cigarette. Both previous rooms were with broken windows or shower doors. We changed the rooms for the third times. Shower room was stinky with smokes of cigarettes coming from the ventilation system. When we checked out the stuff didn’t help us with our baggage go downstairs.

Value for money and excellent service by the front office manager Mr Tigo. He was very helpful.

Staff was perfect, Everything was good , just water was cold, it was impossible to take a shower.

Area is very good, it's near Metro and shopping area It's 3rd floor without lift

1. Rooms are on 3 rd floor and not good for heavy luggage. 2. Toilet shutuff was not working and even repeatedly requested, it wasn't fixed.

My stay at the Arc Tbilisi hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, within easy reach of all the city's major landmarks. My room had an incredible view of the city. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi there is no elevator
