We stayed at this wonderful and welcoming hotel for 3 days. When we first arrived in the evening, the hostess kindly offered us a spacious and comfortable room. We were so happy, as we were tired from the long journey from Batumi to Tbilisi. She explained everything in advance and made us feel at home right away. The hotel was cozy and comfortable, and the room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. It was especially nice to have a balcony where we could enjoy dinner in the evening — it made the experience even more relaxing. The hostess treated us with great care and attention. She even prepared early breakfasts for us on two occasions: once when we had to leave early for a trip to Kazbegi, and again when we had to catch our flight. Despite the early hours, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! We feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel and to have met such a wonderful hostess. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The hosts are so incredibly sweet and accommodating. Great communication. Helped facilitate a ride even after our flight got delayed and we got in at the middle of the night.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating — the place feels warm and homey. The internet connection is quite slow, which can be inconvenient when working or attending online meetings.

It's up the hill and a bit far from the center, which isn't an issue when the weather is mild, but when it's hot you would probably want to just use a taxi to go back to the hotel.
