Hotel Home

The stay at Hotel Home was very pleasant. The owner, Mrs. Nato, makes the experience delightful and makes us feel right at home with family. She prepares a personalized breakfast and serves it elegantly in a beautifully decorated space. In fact, the property itself is charming. The location is convenient, situated approximately 15 minutes from the metro station and one of the city's main avenues. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality, Mrs. Nato! “You’re a good boy, Bruno”!

Nato’s sense of hospitality and customer care is exceptional. She supported us greatly during our stay and was especially kind when we experienced an incident outside the hotel, even allowing us to extend our stay a little longer. Her kindness and generosity made us feel truly cared for. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The atmosphere, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality create a unique experience that may be impossible to keep forever with time and progress, so book it while you can. We sincerely wish Nato and her family good health, happiness and success in this business.

The hostess - Nato, is just incredibly bright person. Breakfast is tasty introduction to city and to country.

Staff was exemplary friendly

Very helpful and friendly staff, Nato the owner runs the hotel, and takes good care of guests. Rooms are clean and cozy. I liked the antique interior of the entrance hall and living room. Amazing terrace upstairs. Good location, just about 10 min walk to Rustaveli avenue. There were some issues with heating system, was very cold in the rooms for couple of days, however that was fault of service provider as I understood.

Very friendly landlord, she is an elderly lady, so lovely!!

The home owner was exceptional! Filling like you just visit your aunt. Highly recommend. Parking now is not free.

The host is the kindest!

It was so good that we came back to the same place few days later when we had to change our plans due to bad weather conditions. Lady who runs this Guesthouse is the most welcoming and sweet person! She doesn’t speak English beside few words but it was no problem for us since we understand some Russian. Breakfasts are amazing, traditional Georgian & all home made (please note this is not typical continental breakfast served in hotels) We loved the whole atmosphere and interior of the house- really vintage and full of history.

Positives: host 10/10 (she only speaks Georgian and Russian), location 10/10, room 8/10. Négatives: this place is not a hotel, it's a guest house. Breakfast is not continental and only served from 9-10AM. (you can agree with the host to make you something earlier) Room doesn't have a trash can besides a small one in the bathroom and bed is lumpy (either or both frame / mattress over-worned). Cleaning not done everyday and in my experience, skipped for several days. I wouldn't stay here again.

Incredible hospitality of the hostess Natia is what I liked the most. She was preparing delicious and various dishes for the breakfast at agreed time and always with a smile. Also, antique furniture on the ground floor and beautiful paintings is something that makes difference with all other accomodations I had before. The room was clean and warm, bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for my purpose of stay, with the nice clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and metro station at walking distance. Also, a bus stop is one minute from the hotel. All recommendations.

Staying here for the second time, and it's still just as perfect as my first visit. The hotel now has three floors and a large, plain terrace from which you can view a panorama of the whole town and the Ferris wheel. You can enjoy free tea or coffee, and, of course, water is always available in the lobby. Each morning, you get treated to a traditional Georgian breakfast, with different dishes every day. You can also request room clean-ups and fresh towels as often as you like. Just a heads-up, though, the hotel doesn't have an elevator – there's only a spiral staircase to the second and third floors. So if you've got mobility issues or you're a bit older, you might wanna think about that before booking. But honestly, the best part of this place is the hostess, Nato, who is always ready to help you out with everything. Some reviewers here need to get a reality check. I think it's ridiculous to expect Georgian people to speak Polish. Don't go slamming a place with 5 stars just because the staff doesn't speak your language. It's not cool, and it's downright racist. Bookingcom really needs to keep an eye on reviews like these. It's just not okay.

The hotel is more like a guesthouse, but bathrooms are not shared. Good location on a quiet street, large bathroom in the room, wonderful hostess who is ready to help with any question. We arrived a few hours early on the day of check-in, but we were offered to stay until the room was ready and offered a traditional Georgian breakfast. Breakfasts are the best of all that we have ever eaten in hotels. The hostess cooks them every day, they are always different and incredibly tasty. Literally nothing.
