Hotel Nino on Tsamebuli

Location Bed clothes looked dirty. Owner never came to meet us. Instructions lacking.

Warmly welcome from staff and family. Vasili was ready to support you. Just ask him. Room as another guest commented, no windows. But you can open the door to fresh air. Just 4 rooms there. You still feeling like privacy. If you came from the airport. Just exchange money and buy a sim at the airport then bus no.337 1 hour from there to Avlabari metro station bus stop. Then call to pick you up. Property just behind the building nearby metro. Or search this from google map "MRV8+643 Tbilisi" it's in front of this property. Late night you still can sit alone at the fountain area near metro and bus stop. Location was very close to everything, the walkable area, foods, old city, Rike park, cable car to Narikara fort and mother of Georgia and metro to Didube market to take a van to another city and Kazbegi. The room was clean. You can use a microwave to warm your food nearby your room. Next time, if I visit Tbilisi. I will go back to Nino again. No elevator. But just two stairs. Nothing.

Great location by Avlabari, a main transportation hub, friendly staff and possibly family run business, and a fair price. This is a small accommodation hotel on the second floor of an aging building. I did appreciate the share kitchen for cooking and boiling water. Don’t expect too much. This was good for one night and to get the bus to Yerevan. It’s not the easiest to find. Aging facility, blankets and pillow are clean but should be replaced in the future.

I'm super exhausted, It was a wonderful stay in a very convenient location. the Room was super clean and the atmosphere felt cozy, the Bathroom was Super clean and Bed was comfortable. this Place is great value for the Price.

Everything was perfect. Location near metro station, clean, good bad. Pleasant English speaking guy at reception... All recommendations for this room.

Nothing Location and room

We have only spent one night at Nino's place, but we had a great time! The room was very clean and cozy. Nino even invited us for a cup of tea which was a perfect treat after our journey from Kazbegi.

Comfy beds, good location on Metro, close to the city centre. Clean. Each room has own bathroom. Good value for money. Hotel has no sign from outside. Difficult to find, address consist of huge block of flats with nearly 10 entrance. Host did not communicate via booking, we had to call and lady speaks no English. Rooms has no window, but if you leave your door open to the hall, you can have fresh air from street.

as expected but they have removed the hotel sign board, it was quite difficult to find the hotel

The worst experience ever. The reception wrote to me and called me several times asking when will I arrive. I told them the the road was difficult and i can be late. They assured me that the reception works 24 hours, but when I finally arrives, there was absolutely no sign of where to go, not a single indication of the entrance. and nodoby picked up the phone. I had to go in rounds in the middle of the night looking for the place, finally i just gave up. I would never book it again and would never recommend anyone to book it.

The hotel is literally impossible to find, it doesn't have anything showing the name, and since I was arriving at Tbilisi at night I didn't have internet, so I had to ask someone to share with me so I could contact the host. The reply was quick tho. The bathroom door had a problem and when I entered and closed it, I couldn't open, I was literally trapped so I had to break the door by pushing it hard.
