We're three in all and from day 1 till last, we enjoyed the service so much. Staff are so are friendly and Accommodating. Not to mention the location is very accessible. Highly recommended especially for the 1st timer like us? It's just no bidet available in the toilet. The rest are perfectly fine

The hotel is OK for staying and spending your night it is an excellent choice as it is close to the market and restaurants. The staff is amazing all the staff will go that extra mile to serve you. The breakfast is simple but very original and lively the staff will fry fresh eggs for you and even ask for your choice in eggs. which here in other hotels you wont find. It has to be more modernized in coming time as it has to catch with modern times. it is a simple staying accommodation. with ok facilities and a very good staff.

Hotel is located next to a very noisy highway, so if you won't get the room with a window on the other side of the building you'll experience 24/7 noise and poor air quality. The equipment in the room like the room door lock, water pipe in the shower, a whole in the wall and TV set needs to be repaired. For those who hate smokers, plaese note that there're rooms where smoking is allowed so you if you're unlucky, you might feel people smoking nextdoors.

The Receptionist is very Kind hearted and the hotel is very clean i would recommend my friends and family to always stay here whenever they visit to Tblisi.

WATER HEATER EXPLODED!!! NO REFUND RECEIVED!!! We had reservation for a room with a balcony because we are smokers and it’s necessarily for us. They gave us room without a balcony and when I realized that our room didn’t have a balcony i had to ask them to change the room and it was uncomfortable to move everything we had from one room to another but that’s fine it happens sometimes. Also there was no soap and a toilet paper for which i had to ask them too. I felt like I was complaining about things that should have already been taken care of. Within a few hours, the water heater essentially exploded, which was incredibly frightening. I immediately called the receptionist, but there were no managers or technical support staff available at the hotel. The receptionist contacted a manager, but they were no help at all. Meanwhile, water was flooding the bathroom, and the receptionist didn’t take any action to address the issue. This could have caused serious damage since the water could have spread to the electrical system. I had no choice but to go into the bathroom myself, locate the water valve, and shut it off. This put me in danger, but I had no other option because the receptionist was too scared to act. After everything that happened, I couldn’t stay there and decided to leave the hotel. I asked for a refund, and the receptionist contacted the manager again, but nothing was resolved. She claimed she would call the boss to figure out what they could do, so I provided my contact and bank details for them to reach out or process the refund. However, they never called or transferred the money. The entire experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
