The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The building has a wonderful heritage vibe, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

I really liked the stay and the staff were above amazing. Maybe in the future; the showers will have curtains or dividers ; so water not splashing everywhere.

We stayed here as a family right after landing in Georgia. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful, and having parking available was very convenient. Breakfast was very basic, and the cleanliness could have been better

The garden was beautiful and oreally nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Our first room unfortunately had a leak from the ceiling, so we had to move. The rooms were clean but very small, and my pillow was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was OK. Breakfast was also OK. But the guy who was making coffee was alone that morning so he couldn’t quite manage- was a little overwhelmed, I think. We first got told “no cant do any coffee” but later on, once the crowd subsided, he was happy to make us some cappuccinos. We had to pay extra for a machine coffee though, only instant one was included in the breakfast.

Its more than a century old building, that feeling was nice to live with. My wife and kids enjoyed the property. Its very hard to locate, and I might have asked way to this property atleast to 10 people on street and that too very close from hotel, nobody knows this place and the shared location is ending right next to hotel on the main street, from where the hotel isn’t visible

CENTRE OF THE CITY LOCATION. JUST BESIDE THE MARJANISHVILI STREET, ROYAL BREAKFAST, ENOUGH SPACIOUS ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE TO STAY. SOFT AND GENTLE APPROACH OF STAFF. ROOM HEATER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR US (INDIANS). POWER PLUGS 3 PIN SOCKETS ARE MUST TO MANAGE GADGETS CHARGING. LIFT WAS UNAVAILABLE, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD 5 TROLLY BAGS.
