I stayed in a family room (two rooms with a connected door) for 2 nights. I arrived early in the morning at 6am and checked in earlyThe hotel is a new building, clean and safe, location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the main attractions of Tbilisi. The staff was decent, friendly and helpful The bathroom has a bidet which is a very nice addition.I loved it and will be back. I liked everything

The hotel is situated at a very convient location. The staffs quite friendly. Ms. Iya and Ms. Noor helped us a lot during our stay and made it more comfortable for us to stay and move around.

The staff is great (A big shout out out to Eaa). Location is very close to Europe square which is where you will find cable car, boating, variety of food options and its a happening place.. hotel is very new from inside out.. breakfast was limited and we did not have it because of not being sure of Halal.. no one exactly knows Halal definition, so better to avoid.. rest all well If you are walking and old, then the slope up walk of 10/15 mins will be difficult to get to hotel from Europe square. Rest all good

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, and everything has been taken care of during my stay. I would like to thank all hotel staff, particularly Victoria, for their helpfulness, paying attention to all the details and making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Victoria always have great local tips and offer exciting insights about places to visit and explore. I look forward to my next visit in the near future.
