It was quite dark in the room at night. Better lights are needed. There was a strong sewerage smell at reception area every day.

Location is nice, curtains made the room fully dark AC didn’t work and was noisy, that was the biggest downside. Smell from the toilet. Poor soundproofing, I heard housekeeper cleaning the neighboring room. Breakfast was not very appealing.

There was noise from the room in front of mine, when I call the reception they said they’ll leave soon, but until 2am in the morning the noise was unbearable. Next day I kindly as them how we can solve the problem, they said is not their fault and I should wait to see how that night goes. They didn’t provide any solution. The property is good, but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as listed in booking, the only amenity is a small room for the breakfast. Which is ok but you have to pay extra if you want cappuccino. The emergency stairs were used as storage room, which is not safe at all.

Almost no WiFi in the room, it was disconnected every minute and if you want to lay in the bed and use internet, it’s impossible Poor breakfast, almost no options for me as a lactose intolerant person. Porridge form the pack that costs 1 lari Very random time of the cleaning (one day she came at 12, another day I was waiting until 4 pm to have new towels), then she forgot to put a shower gel and we had do wait until the next day to have it Room is small and also it gets quite noisy on Friday night

Everything was perfect. Only thing is about the hair dryer that went off after a couple of minutes of use.

We've stayed for 3 different times here on our trip. Definitely the best location and super friendly staff in Tbilisi!

The hotel has a great location, nearby a subway station and great bars and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Arut and his kind attention to us on how to get to Kakheti and being helpful on everything. The bed is really king sized (some places they are just big on width, and short on height) and super comfortable. Something important to tall persons like myself. The only downside will be regarding the shower, which doesn't have a proper full door to close, making every shower a floor washing also, having to use more towels bedsides the mat.

There was a bad smell coming from the toilet. I think it was a problem with pipes, but it wasn’t that annoying. Also, I wish they had some more complimentary toiletries like shower cap and cotton swabs.

Wonderful breakfast with a touch of local cousin (including delicious grilled vegetables we took every morning, local pies and a variety of jams like quince or walnut). Great thanks to the staff!

I had stayed over 10 times in this hotel, been my go to. My recent visit I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and truly can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. Upon arrival, they generously offered me a free upgrade to a balcony room, which immediately made my stay feel special and welcoming. Unfortunately, during my vacation I had to fly back urgently due to a family emergency. The way the hotel handled this situation says everything about their values. They were incredibly understanding, supportive, and went above and beyond by refunding the remaining unused days without hesitation. This level of empathy and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. It’s not just a place to stay, but a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and human touch.

A wonderful location with spacious, impeccably clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed every facility during our stay and will definitely return. Genuinely nothing.
