Location was good Rooms where good and bed comfortable The room cleaner staff didn’t do full time job always For example no towels after cleaning Mini bar empty always forget to put coffee and water they leave staff uncleaned etc Food selection is poor for international visitors inside hotel.. I went to the stake restaurant and had a very bad experience when I complained to the waiter that our stakes where done wrongly she replied sorry my fault and that’s it we ended not eating and still paid full price which was expensive. I was in 5 th floor inside room you always hear water going through sealing and noise from above. We where suppose to stay more but we decided to try somewhere else

We have stayed in lots of hotels around the world and this is certainly one of the best for this price. Everything (almost) was perfect. Good room size. Very quite. Super comfortable bed. An effective and quiet AC. 24 hour lobby staffed with friendly and helpful people. And most outstandingly of all: this was the most spotlessly cleaned room we have ever encountered. The cleaning lady is master. So, all in all perfect.. The one thing that could be improved is that the floor in the shower was rather dangerously slippery

I booked privilege double room and it is very different from the picture in here. It was ok but very different (and of course, not better) . The bed is too soft and the bath floor is very slippery. Breakfast is standard.

The receptionist wasn't friendly. I'm a member of this hotel chain, but I didn't receive any points; for some reason, they created a new account for me. The parking is very small and inconvenient. I expected more from Mercury, as I often stay at this chain in Germany, Singapore, and France. The hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating; it doesn't even reach the level of a 3-star Ibis. The location is also poor; you won't find any good restaurants with traditional Georgian cuisine nearby.

Excellent location! Everything was around, within a walking distance. I did not have breakfast. It was too expensive. $20. There were a lot of local breakfast restaurants around, maybe 5-10 min walk. For comparison: (The dinner price was about $15-20 with a glass of wine. ) The staff was wonderful. Helped a lot with making the local calls etc. The hotel rate per night was disproportionate to the local prices in Tbilisi; one night’s stay equaled the average monthly salary of an ordinary resident.

Very pleasant stay near the beautiful old town of Tbilisi There were a lot of damaged things in my room (kettle, various holders in the toilet), the television is outdated (not a smart TV) and without access to streaming services.
