Mia B&B Old Tbilisi

I arrived at the location expecting a 4-star hotel as advertised on Booking.com. Instead, I found that it was actually a private family house occupied by an elderly mother and her son. This was clearly not a hotel as described in the listing. After inspecting the rooms and the property, I found that it was completely unsuitable for accommodation. The property was dirty, the furniture was old, broken, and in very poor condition. The actual property bore no resemblance to the photos or description shown on Booking.com. After the inspection, I spoke with the host and requested that he cancel the reservation and arrange a full refund because the property was clearly not as advertised. He refused and told me to contact Booking.com instead. I reasonably expected the host to either cancel the reservation or report that I had not checked in, since I never stayed at the property. However, he failed to do so and only updated the reservation status yesterday. During our conversation, the host shouted at me and threatened me. I have a video recording of this incident, which I am prepared to provide as evidence if required. The only reason I chose this property was because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel with misleading photos, which created a false impression of the accommodation. I have photographic evidence, including a photo of the exterior of the property, clearly showing that it is a residential house rather than a hotel. This listing is misleading and does not match the accommodation that was advertised. I therefore request a full refund, as the property provided is significantly different from what I booked and paid for.

Good bidet, shower, comfortable (though dusty) bed, working AC Half broken kettle, beds were dusty and irritating, bathroom is pretty cold, window to main room was always open (cold and noisy) It seems like no washing machine was available, so had to do laundry separately Doesn't seem to have kitchen aside from microwave and fridge, maybe some old kitchen stuff.

Location, shops, restaurants, corner market, near city center, everything within walking distance. Exceptional breakfast, delicious, traditional Georgian food. Home cooked, gracious hosts. Swinging shower doors

I bought trip for my parents, they liked a lot. They said staff was very polite and very hospitable. Room was clean and food was delicious. You can reach anywhere with bus, it is close to bus station. Value for money.

Friendly staff and great value for money

I had a lovely stay, great management, they took care of everything, Nikoloz was very gracious. The hotel itself is small and cosy, it has a nice balcony, where you can sit and relax after A busy day. Hotel's location itself is underneath famous Mount Mtatsminda, on a very quiet and small street in popular Vera district neighbourhood, with many touristic popular attractions nearby. My room was big and comfortable, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and quiet stay to whomever is looking for few nights in Tbilisi, It is only a few minutes walking distance from city center., in addition - Nikoloz is offering city tours in Georgia while Mia is looking after providing a daily rich breakfast and the overall cleaness of the hotel.

Good place nice view Market near 24h open and not noise

Mia and nick are truly wonderful people. Always helpful and always smiling. The room was comfortable and the hotel is at a great location. My only complaint is some of the other guests can be too load at night, but that's on the guests, not the hotel. Stayed there for a month and had a great time. Amazing Georgian hospitality.

A nice family-run hotel in a 15-minute walk from Rustaveli metro station. Owners Mia (mother) and Nikoloz (son) are exceptionally friendly and try to accommodate the guests as possible. They speak both English and Russian. The hotel is a little uphill--so if you have problems with walking, taxi is a good option.

Superb

Nice location. Nice people. 1. We were given a room that was different from what we've booked, much smaller, at the same price 2. No way to pay by card even though description mentions it is possible 3. Terrible bed/mattress 4. Continuous noises from some pipes 5. Heating was only in one room, second room was with no heating 6. You can hear everyone around

My plane got delayed so I've arrived late night, however owners were awaiting for me and didn't cancel my reservation even I was late for a couple of hours. Once I had troubles with payment and was waiting for money transfer Nikoloz (owner of the hotel) understood the situation and was ready to wait for one more day. Room has enough space, TV and air conditioning system (I booked economy class room) Breakfast is good, I've been asked what I prefer to have. Mia and Nikoloz are friendly people.

nice district. but far away from old town Room was very dirty. dust was everywhere: big peaces on the walls, on the Flor, in bathroom. plumbing in the bathroom looks like it never been clean before. especially walls and sink. in my room window was made from the glass blocks, instead of two of them it was a pillow (+2 outside). breakfast was absolutely horrible: overcooked food, old bread. I’ve asked about the laundry. price they said just after and it was three times more than in city. I’ve booked room with double bad, but they gave me twin with sagging mattress. they said, that it because I didn’t send ent messages. common, I don’t need it, I’ve made a reservation. if you have any questions you must send me a message.
