It was a great overnight stay in the very center of Tbilisi Old Town. The receptionist welcomed me perfectly although I had to arrive after midnight. The room and bed were very comfortable. A nice breakfast with shakshuka was provided in the morning. Late check-out was also very handy. Wi-Fi worked fine, although I needed to connect to different networks at different hotel floors. There were welcome tea and muffins in the room. There were also slipper provided. AC worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the hot water as well.

Breakfast was good, AC worked fine, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed one more time in this hotel, but booked an economy room instead of the regular. While the price difference was minimal, the quality of the economy room was much-much lower compared to the regular one. The room was in the semi-basement floor, so the window was half below the street level with the road going literally next to the window glass. There was an annoying smell of some disinfection chemical in the room, while the shower cabin had quite some mold. The bathroom door did not fit the frame well (possibly due to humidity). It was also pretty dark in the room. So the recommendation is not book economy rooms.

Recommended. Perfect and quiet position in the old part of Tbilisi with all you need around very close (restaurants, caffès). Room size is quite good for a person to stay a couple of days, and it was clean. People who work in the hotel are caring and ready to assist when you need. Breakfast is delicious, with homemade tasty bread, and eggs to be cooked when you request. If some tourists smoke downstairs- if you are in the hotel, it disturbs you in the room if you are an allergic person.

Lovely, quiet room in lovely hotel in a centrally-located position. The lighting fixtures are pretty, as is the room decor. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. There was a large coat rack in addition to the closet, which made it easy to hang several items. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order egg dishes. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Wifi was spotty. Central air was heat only.

Good location for car-less stay in old Tbilisi. Comfortable bed and linens, kettle, mini-fridge, friendly staff, spacious room, decent breakfast. Although it is relatively quiet WRT street noise, the walks are thin and not sound-proof. Just bad luck, but one night we had a LOUD snorer next door, clearly with his head less than a metre away from ours, and it was torture with our jet lag, even with ear plugs and pillows jammed over our ears.

1.Bathroom was very dirty 2.Leaking water from the shower 3.No windows in the room 4.No ventilation in the room, it is smelly 5.Breakfast starts at 8:30am, so if one has a business trip and needs to leave at 8am, breakfast is not available.

The room with a terrace Probably a better breakfast with more fruit and cereals using almond milk.

Location was great. Right near all of the attractions but tucked away so it was quiet. We chose the biggest room with a balcony and bathroom with a tub, and it was great. The room was large and spacious with great views. The breakfast was a bit small with little variation. The staff was cold and a bit unfriendly but after four days in Tbilisi you learn that most service staff are quite cold, so this is normal. A lot of things were broken or old and seemed like they hadn’t been fixed in a while like the shower, garbage can in the bathroom, and the fact that there was only one chair in the balcony. The room has a Nespresso machine but the staff was very reluctant to give out any coffee pods, I had to ask about 4 different people to get two pods.

Very interesting interior, prime location!

Well located Extremely dirty rooms, mold in all the shower, hairs in the bedsheets, hair and full of dust in the floor and in the room in general. We even got a towel fully stained.
-
Although the hotel is centrally located, access via the hotel road was not very comfortable.

Location, decor, soft bed, nice view from 2nd floor rooms. Nice breakfast variety. One staff member was little rude (night reception male) but others were helpful.

Amazing location and really good value for the price. Breakfast was nice, though it would be even better with some sweet options or a proper coffee machine instead of instant coffee. The room was not very clean. There was noticeable dust on the desk lamp and TV shelf, and there were spider issues in the bathroom. The room lighting was also quite dim. Additionally, we were given a used hand towel and there was no soap at all when we arrived. After speaking with the receptionist — who was very helpful — these issues were quickly resolved

Great location in the old town. If you get lucky with the room you even get a view of one of the Churches. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good (mix of freshly prepared eggs/other dishes and cheese bread etc.). As a note the bed was quite firm. There were a few things that could be touched up. The room was very dark, it had only 1 functioning light in the room and 1 in the bathroom. The other bedroom light did not work and the bedside lamps did not have plugs. In terms of cleanliness, the towels from the previous guest seemed to have been left and there was some mold on the bathroom wall.
