The breakfast was the best we encountered in our 2 weeks in the region! Particularly the chicken and tomato stew which was extraordinary! It would have been better to know in advance that the credit card from our country is sometimes a challenge and that way we could have paid in cash.

The stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. What i loved most was the cozy atmosphere it felt more like staying in a home than in a hotel. The location was peaceful and quiet, only a short walking distance from Liberty Square and the main attractions. Nothing significant Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

It’s run but a very nice, helpful family. The building is beautifully renovated. The breakfast was great. It’s a little bit of a walk to everywhere and up the hill but it’s not a problem if you’re more or less in shape.

Incredible organized and complete breakfast. Nice big room with King bed. Lots of windows where the sun shone into in the evening. The host is super responsive and accommodating. They also have vehicles to rent.

Clean and good breakfast A little bit climbing needed

Clean Hotel, Warm Entry, Delicious Fresh Breakfast with a Georgian Flair. Terrific Hot Shower with Excellent Pressure. Quiet Comfortable Room. Guga and his brother are excellent owners. He even made me a nice lunch to take with me on my very early morning departure. What a nice touch. Highly highly recommend!

The sound insulation of the walls is not very good, you could hear the guests above a lot, or we were just unlucky with them.

Water facilities can be improved

The hotel received top marks from us for its helpfulness when we arrived late, its proximity to the main street, its cleanliness and warmth, and its breakfast. We're so glad we stayed at this lovely hotel; we definitely recommend it.

We decided to change our booking so we could extend our stay and explore Tbilisi, which meant moving rooms the next night. The second room was smaller, but still warm and cosy, with a great view, so we were very happy with it. The breakfast was a real highlight — an excellent range of both hot and cold options, with a really impressive variety. Everything tasted absolutely gorgeous and there was something for everyone. Overall, a very pleasant stay that we would happily recommend and return to again.

Irakli, the owner, is an outstanding host. From the moment I made the booking, he was in touch via WhatsApp, helping me plan my day trips, recommending places to eat and even assisting with transport from the airport. His local knowledge and willingness to help made a huge difference to our trip. I had accidentally booked a smaller room, and he kindly suggested a larger one and upgraded it for a very nominal cost. During our short trip to Batumi, he stored our luggage safely, and when we returned, it was already placed back in our room, ready for us. He also arranged a private tour to Kazbegi at a very reasonable rate and later organised our drop to the airport. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests are truly commendable. We had an early train one morning, and he thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take away. The breakfast options are more than adequate by European or American standards and enough to set you up for the day. I stayed in three different rooms during my visit. The budget one is compact and ideal for a short stay or layover, while the others are more spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the essential amenities. Overall, this property offers genuine Georgian hospitality, great comfort, and excellent value for money. Irakli is a wonderful host who ensures every guest feels welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended. There wasn’t really anything to dislike, but the budget room is quite small, so I’d recommend choosing a larger one if you’re staying for more than a night. Also, payment is accepted in cash only, as credit or debit cards are not an option.
