The room and contents were in very good shape. There were lamps at the bed for reading. Actual private parking spaces in front of the hotel.

The location was more than perfect , near to a lot of amazing places, coffeeshops, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops ❤️

Place was really clean and had a good location close to the airport and planty of shops around. They had a private celebration at the hall of the hotel until midnight. Very loud music with fireworks. I came with two small children (one baby less than a year) after long drive of 8 h. I told them couple of times that this is absolutely unacceptable, this is a hotel not a nightclub, they told me we will shut it down in 10 min, I came couple of times more to explain them I am with children and they cant sleep, they got irritated, rolling their eyes. After they brought me cake and fruits as an apology and continued. After my last warning some guy came and told me how today is some Tbilisi holiday and this is normal comparing it to Amsterdam???? What a joke. Personel does not speak english, they just pretend they do. I could say this was my worst experiance from all the bookings I ever booked. So just a note, this is not only a hotel, they rent THE HALL OF THE HOTEL for private celebrations that can go on whole night if they want.

Great value for the price, comfy beds, clean room, good airconditioner. Simple, but nice “home-made” breakfast.

Location is not ideal, but downtown is accessible with metro. And taxi is affordable too.

Hotel canceled my booking and I don't know why. I booked it, all was OK, and one day they cancelled my booking without any reason

bed sheets & blankets was not dry cleaned. Ac was not cooling. Even room phone was not working. Overall its not valuable for money paid.
