Room Size was perfect, Location and Staff very helpfull and nice. Breakfast and too many stairs if you have many suitcases because you need to carry it by yourself.

I ordered a room for 4 and got a room for 3 adults and a baby. I wrote in the order that the kids are 11 and 14. They wanted additional pay for another bed. Not cool...

It is little bit far for walking.

Tasty and fresh. Local food. The elevator was a bit sketchy.

The hotel is located right in the city center, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Our room offered a beautiful view of the river, Narikala Fortress, and Mtatsminda Park. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers. Unfortunately, sleeping was not very comfortable. The mattress did not have a mattress topper, and the bed sheet was too short and kept coming loose during the night. It was unpleasant to come into contact with the mattress when the sheet slipped off.

Wifi could sometimes be very slow

The Location, the staff, room cleanliness.. etc The lift.!! I was allocated in 4th Floor and all through out my two nights stay there, the lift was not working.. i had to drag my luggage up and down the building the whole time.. call the property ahead and chk if the lift is working or book a room in the lower floors...

My room was nice and cozy— the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was great with plenty of selection. The pool was nice and heated (thank goodness) and was super relaxing. Location wise it’s kind of tucked into a dead end street with no restaurants or markets very close. The AC didn’t work in my room, but fortunately I just cracked the door to the balcony and it cooled down nicely. Unfortunately their coffee maker wasn’t working at breakfast.

First of all , the location was great. The long hair male receptionist - who hosted us - was quite nice and welcoming, the other receptionist (a girl) was also super nice. It was clean and cozy hotel. There was a small pool as a bonus. Breakfast was also fine. The wifi was terrible , it either did not work or did not work :) Imagine you travel from a different country to stay in a hotel which has a good rating and it has NO WIFI in rooms, I mean it shows there is a wifi but it doesn't work. The other problem was , there was no slippers (a very primitive problem, right?). And when I approached the long hair male receptionist he said they don't provide sleepers. The other day , another receptionist (a female) told they do provide sleepers. Other than that, everything was really great!

The breakfast not bad at all, you have some diversity, desserts, fruits and a lot of dairy stuff. The location is really great, you can have a lot of good restaraunts in 10 minutes walk. TV is half working, a lot of channels just do not work. Wi-FI sometime have a very poor speed, probably related to number of people that are using it in parallel.

I stayed at the hotel for three days. The TV wasn't working, and we told reception twice, but no one responded. The bathroom bidet was leaking, and we told them three times, but it wasn't fixed.

The location and the staff are so kind! Nothing to be honest

We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Upon check in the very kind Ana offer a free upgrade, and the room was large and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and replenished with water coffee and tea. The pool was open and i enjoyed a swim. The breakfast was buffet style and offered a very good assortment! We will come again!

Wow, this hotel honestly blew me away. The whole experience was far better than I expected, especially considering how affordable the price is. The services were impressive, the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Even the breakfast was surprisingly good. I really didn’t expect this level of hospitality from a hotel at this price. It definitely went above and beyond. I strongly recommend staying here.
