The indoor pool feels cozy and feels great after a long day of exploration. The breakfast had some simple but good selection. The view from the top floor is amazing in the morning hours, overlooking Tbilisi and the mountains. The door to my room did not close properly and had broken wood falling out. The light in the bathroom was out. The balcony was so small and had the AC unit on it so it wasn't really a good place to sit.

I've booked a room with two beds for two people, however by our arrival only one bed was installed. The issue was promptly fixed though.

The hotel had a traditional, historic vibe. The hotel staff were friendly, but their behavior was not professional or up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my room on the 5th floor was directly below the breakfast area, and the noise from tables early in the morning was disturbing. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room's hygiene kit. The reception didn’t answer phone calls because no one was at the desk. The hotel pool was very dirty, and the jacuzzi was out of service. The breakfast was below average with little variety. The hotel’s electricity went out several times, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The walls lacked soundproofing, so noises from neighboring rooms were audible. The worst issue was finding bedbugs and insects in the bedding. The hotel management needs to focus on major renovations and improving quality. This is absolutely not a 4-star hotel; it’s a 3-star at best. For this price, much better hotels can be found in Tbilisi’s tourist areas. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience and would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

The breakfast was good and nice , location is not bad and quiet.. you can walk to the city center about 15 minutes from the hotel , the resption hotel employees were so helpful.. thanks for them .. In Common every thing iso k except the pool it’s so small and nice so much ..

The value for money was good. The pool didn't have people at all, so it was perfect and super private. The breakfast can be better but again this is a good value for money, so i presume you cannot expect more :-)

The view in the restaurant After 1 night sleeping my AC was leaking water, they changed my room, ok. But, when I tried sleep in a new room, the AC was not working too, it was not starting, so, 3 nights, 2 rooms and 2 AC’s with problems not solved.

The position of the WC in our bathroom was not totally comfortable, also the door of the shower.

It looks better then it really is. If you are booking a hotel for a SPA stay - don’t. The hotel’s sauna is switched off to save energy and sometimes you have to wait to warm it up if want to use it. Even then they put it at 60 not 80-90… the swimming pool water looks like hasn’t been clean for years. The jacuzzi is there - empty, no water, disconnected. The spa lounge area hasn’t got heating on so it’s dumpy and cold. The breakfast is a strong side of the hotel - it’s very good. Although the staff is nice, having them looking at you every time when you make coffee, take food etc is a bit annoying and embarrassing, extremely discomfortable. We had a room on the top 6th floor with a balcony and panoramic view on the city; and that’s very nice. However, the hotel is clearly outdated and not very well looked after. Shame, overall it’s was ok stay but not worth the money and spa is a far cry from what for sure once used to be.

I liked the location, room size was decent, the staff was friendly. Not good insulation in the hotel, - you can hear everything from other rooms, from the corridor and from outside. I’ve changed my room once, in both rooms were something that was not working. The towels heater was not ON in October and beginning of November.

Our Junior Suite was perfect as the family room with one queen size bed and two single-beds. We had a balcony with a swing seater (we loved this facility very much). There are electrical plugs on both sides of the queen bed and on the work desk area. The breakfasts were simple but just right to start our days in Tbilisi. We loved the view overlooking the city from the breakfast lounge. Well, it is a smaller hotel than we thought earlier but nothing I can say about what I don't like about the premise.

The hotel room was spacious (twin room with two young kids), with a wide variety of breakfast options. staff are friendly and supportive There was no bellboy service.
