The night view from the balcony is amazing. There are bath facilities right at the doorstep, though it’s best to make a reservation if you plan to use them. The room is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast options are somewhat limited, but the quality is good, especially the coffee.

Beautiful property with the great restaurant and terraces.. Some rooms have gorgeous views and some look right into the apartments nearby. So if you have special trip try to get the room with the view, will make a difference but if you are just staying for the night or two just to sleep and don’t care about the view - rooms are still good. We had a great time with the family at Tiflis Palace Some rooms are Looking into old residential building

Absolutely beautiful and the setting could not be better! The extra costs were quite high - dining, laundry etc Compared to other options. I arrived after a trip to India to treat myself. I would have returned for another week, but felt the costs for a solo traveler were high

Amazing location, within walking distance to all major attractions in Tbilisi. Had booked two rooms, one of which was a premium suite - what an amazing room with a large terrace!! Loved the stay there. Having the room with terrace made all the difference in the experience. Breakfast should cater a bit more to vegetarian travelers too. Options for vegetarians were limited. A hotel management could do better at that.

The room was nice, we liked our balcony because we could let the air in when we were in the room and the breakfast was ok. The hotel feels high-class but the price is not very high so we thought the value for money was high. We felt like there wasn't enough light in the room, and the room felt very hot and dry, while the AC was not very good in getting the room cold. Since we had a balcony, we didn't feel safe to leave the window or balcony door open during the night to let the cold air in, so it was stuffy.

The very best place to stay in the city! Tiflis palace became our second home. We planed to stay only for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5. So clean and nice, great view and staff so friendly we didn’t believe it. Now we don’t want to go home. The location is great, right on the river and close to all important things.
