Fresh food, warm atmosphere and swimming pool The room size and the small gym lack more exercise equipment.

The room itself was comfortable, and some of the female staff members were polite and helpful. The service was inconsistent. While some staff members, especially the female employees, were polite and professional, several male staff members appeared unhappy, unfriendly, and as if they did not enjoy their jobs. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The biggest issue was that the telephone in my room did not work. I reported this problem at least five times during my stay, but nobody took it seriously or fixed it. For a hotel operating under the Swissôtel brand, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I will also be reporting this experience directly to Swissôtel’s corporate management.

It’s new and modern style Tea and coffee are provided in the room as capsules and herbal tea in bags. The coffee machine is the only source to get hot water for tea but it spoils tea taste with coffee residual in the machine. If a water boiler is provided for making tea , it will be a good tea drinking experience.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The spa facilities were nice, and the pool was enjoyable. The only thing we missed was a bidet spray (shattaf) or water hose in the toilet. The sauna was a bit too hot to enjoy comfortably, and the air conditioning could have been colder, especially during warmer weather.

Luxurious, beautifully designed, pampering hotel. Spacious rooms with nice decor. Very good spa and well equipped gym. Located close to main touristic attractions. Nit picking: too much chloride in jacuzzi.

Our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi was made so much more special by the people. The service across the hotel was consistently warm, polished, and sincere, and you could really feel that the staff cared. A special thank you to Davit from Olives restaurant. He is honestly the most professional F&B person I have ever come across. His table skills are impeccable, and the way he looks after guests and manages the dining experience is on another level. You can immediately see how much pride he takes in his work. Keti from Laundry was also wonderful. After our rainy wedding day, she took care of my wife’s wedding dress and got it looking fresh and beautiful again, almost like new. That meant a lot to us and was something we truly appreciated. Overall, Swissotel Tbilisi left a lasting impression on us. The level of care, professionalism, and attention from the staff made the whole experience feel memorable from start to finish. In the men’s changing room at the fitness center, the door lock on the left side is damaged, and I ended up getting locked inside. Please have the lock inspected and serviced by a qualified professional to avoid this happening again.

The spa

I loved the design of the hotel, the room was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, both resturants were great as well, spa was wonderful I actually fell asleep during my massage, swimming pool was great, sauna and steam room were incredible, jacuzzi was amazing as well. They also fixed a nice little surprise with a bottle of wine and a cake in the room for my husband's birthday. That was wonderful I think a littlt bit more hospitality would we wonderful, when we arrived at the hotel noone came outside to help with our luggage, while it's not necessary I think it would be an extra touch epecially handling a ton of luggage bags with a toddler, I have never been to any hotels in my recent years where they didnt come help you unload bags upon arrival. The second thing was while they fixed our room everyday I could tell they never vaccumed it, it was dusty and there were little things everywhere, I picked it up myself.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The spa is of a very high standard and was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time fully. Overall, a great hotel that combines comfort, quality service, and a fantastic spa experience. Highly recommended. One small area for improvement would be the in-room entertainment: there are currently no streaming services available, so we were unable to watch Netflix.

Staff are friendly and welcoming - they have a good proficiency of the English language. Breakfast was amazing with an abundance of variety & the staff were always helpful, friendly & attentive. Room service was good & the items tasty - slightly limited but not a major factor. The location is great, very close by the main streets & attractions. Hotel is neat, modern and clean. Room is decently sized with all necessary amenities. Keti the housekeeping lady was the most friendliest & warm person we met in Georgia, she’s a gem! As we travelled with a 2 year old , we were very disappointed with the limited variety on the kids menu ( literally only 3 items). We had prior arranged for a Cot bed to be present- which was confirmed, however it was not present. Upon arriving we were not assisted with our bags - also a simple greeting at the entrance goes a long way.

Kudos to hotel management!!! You have managed to reach a nearly impossible situation where every staff member is 100% effective and courteous. A perfect service experience, especially from Mariam at reception, Roin at breakfast, Lika in the spa (but literally every staff member we encountered was excellent). We had an issue with our room and were offered another one on the spot, no questions asked. It also feels like every angle and aspect of your stay was carefully considered. Rooms and common areas are well planned. Breakfast is amazing and the views from the restaurant and the bar are stunning. Lots of fantastic food options nearby. Short walk to the Old City. Rooms facing the river are quieter. 150% recommended!

Location, cleaness, staff, comfort, breakfast I was in room 502, and I had to ask to be switched to a different room because of the unbearable kitchen fumes that would enter the room daily from 5pm onward. The kitchen was one floor abive mine. I was I placed in room 405 where fumes were still slightly noticeable but definetely more bearable than they were in the prior room. Room 405 did not have a working phone even after I reported the problem and the reception claimed it was corrected. Other than those issues, I really liked the hotel,

Great hotel a short walk to the main shopping area. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious too. A wonderful short stay. Thank you! Nothing. Everything was amazing!

We had an excellent stay at Swissotel Tbilisi. The hotel’s prime downtown location makes it easy to explore the city, as you’re just steps away from everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the indoor pool and spa are fantastic for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The hotel offers two restaurants with great service and a cozy café downstairs where the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming a highlight of our stay. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, professional, and helpful, which made us feel truly at home. One point for improvement: during our five-night stay, we noticed that while the beds and bathrooms were cleaned daily, the floors didn’t seem to be mopped every day, it looked like this was done only at check-in and check-out. This didn’t affect our experience much but is worth mentioning for future improvements. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!
