Staff was friendly. Queen bed had two single mattresses on it. It was very uncomfortable, such that these two mattresses separated quickly. Queen bed was expected to have a queen size mattress. Location is very noisy. Breakfast had little variety of food.

Location Worst view,annoying beside main road,worst breakfast at all!extra damage bed for 60Gel! The first floor have bad view and the breakfast cost them 3 Gel!the staff are not helpful at all . I strongly don’t recommend especially with the high price.not clear spiders everywhere on the balacony.

There was strong cigarette smell in the room, the beds are too small and uncomfortable, the interior needs renovation.

Breakfast was really bad, also we had to ask for napkins and toilet papers. I think that should be provided everyday, the customer should not ask that from four star hotel.

Nothing except for the lady Maryam who was trying to make our stay good as possible as she could We stayed as we have already paid and didnt want to ruin the vacation mood, Georgia is beautiful country with great people I have booked bridge boutique hotel as i have stayed at it 3 years ago, location great and service good Suddenly i got notification from booking.com that property name changed to bridge hotel In fact this is a different hotel I passed by the old one name changed to atrium hotel ! This is a scam by booking.com as start Property is too dirty Spider webs No room service for cleaning unless you order No king bed, there were 2 small beds next to each other with void, super uncomfortable Room is dirty we had to clean it by ourselves especially the bathroom No employees at the reception many times, only during Maryam shifts Breakfast is less than basic, someday no beans (no coffee) some days no croissant or something decent plus the old lady that is serving the food was so extreme if you say good morning she doesnt answer and make you feel unwelcome! Dead cockroach and insects in the breakfast hall and balcony of our room Clearly the hotel owner / management team dont care Horrible stay

nothing, it's a scam Everything was terrible. The receptionist that evening was a teenager who didn't know anything. It took us over an hour to check in, and finally, the room door was broken and wouldn't lock. They told me I could sleep there and they'd try to fix it tomorrow! I refused to stay, and Booking.com didn't refund my money. It's a scam! Run away from them!
