Location, staff; especially David, Lasha and Beka were very helpful. King size bed was made from 2 seperate beds. Breakfast could be improved. Especially with local cheese varieties.

Location, cleanliness. there's house cleaning everyday. Air con is good, there's a balcony, public iron, safe, mini fridge and complimentary water! service is superb too. highly recommend. just higher pressure of showerhead and if there's body lotion provided would be nice

Very basic, nothing outstanding to write about. Breakfast was ok. Had booked 2 rooms, for self and family and initially they refused to give us on the same floor. Finally the manager came and offered us rooms on the same floor. One of the rooms bathroom had awful foul smell which was later fixed by housekeeper by leaving balcony door open. Receptionist was nice guy but clearly lacked professional training in how to deal with customer queries and complaints. They mentioned there is restaurant on-site serving lunch/dinner but thats incorrect, they only serve breakfast. Also falsely claims Halal options in breakfast while there were none or no clear signs for the same. Definitely false ratings on booking.com not possible that this hotel has 9.3 rating.

I had a wonderful stay. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff they were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. This was honestly one of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had. They made me feel so comfortable that I genuinely didn't want to leave. The location is also excellent: right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. As someone who travels for business, I also really appreciated the comfortable common areas where I could work and have online meetings in a quiet environment. It made my stay even more productive. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I would be happy to come back again!

The property is at an excellent location, lot of things are walkable and very safe around.

Location is very good and easy to get by feet to any destination within Tbilisi. Easy connection to/from airport by car. Terrace lacked water drainage, as it was raining heavily during our visit, we were not able to use the terrace properly. Some touch up on the refurbishment would be highly appreciated for upcoming seasons.

Needs more attention to maintenance of smaller details eg bathroom mirror light wasn’t working , vanity mirror was about to fall off
