Location, room size, great shower, air conditioning (much needed on a hot summer day). In general I enjoyed the stay, curtains could be made a bit more effective to block sunlight in the morning. Sound proofing in rooms is ok but not great.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all the other room doors closing and opening. The black out curtains aren’t big enough so they do not cover the window. The smell of the kitchen reached the room through the ventilation in the bathroom. Even with the bathroom door closed I woke up everyday from the strong smell of cooking. The location is 30 mins walking from old town centre.

The building is new, clean and well built. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Location is superb, just a few minutes away from Rustaveli avenue. Rooms are a bit small, toothpaste and toothbrush aren't provided.
