Cleanliness and location There is no elevator and I had to roll my suitcases over stones which destroyed the wheels. I had to take my suitcases up three flights of steps. The staff smoke inside the hotel which is unhealthy and permeates everywhere. The linen and pillows are old and smelly

We really love and enjoyed our stay at Sanapiro! The room was super spacious and comfy! The staff is very attentive and really helpful. Didnt regret my decision to stay here. Will come again!
