Great location, nice owner let us check in at 2AM, super comfortable bed Generally a little run down, but fine for a night or two Wouldn’t reccomend staying for a long time

Very good value for the money. I booked the cheapest room without a window amd did not expect much. It was not luxurious but it had a good AC, fridge and was extremely clean.

Great host! Very friendly and polite. We had some pleasant conversations, he told us a lot about other places to visit in Georgia. Shampoo, soap, tiny fridge in the corner. Almost no noise from the street. Good apartments, just enough to spend night and go for sightseeing. Shower cabin wasn't very clean

Location The property needs a lot of work i.e. regular maintenance and ongoing repairs. Everything is broken and does not get fixed, including the derailed shower doors, slow draining water, doors and locks that don't function. Incredibly uncomfortable matrasses and pillows. The property does not provide any sort of ongoing daily upkeeping.

Unassuming small hotel from the outside and in an excellent location ... opens up to perfectly restored rooms that are absolutely adequate, the host Otto is a lovely man, so helpfuland a great communicator I can't speak highly enough about this place
