Unbeatable location right in the beating heart of the city, yet a few minutes walk from Old Town. Well-appointed rooms, great breakfast- they even make up a breakfast box for you if you have an early start. It would help if breakfast could be served from a little earlier.

Great location , great vfm, a cute boutique hotel with large and clean rooms , very quite , the service was amazing everyone are so nice and willing to help I really recommend take the room with the big bath tub it really upgraded the entire stay The indoor pool is for swimming not relaxing, it’s a deep pool through the entire pool and no places to “hold” it is only for swimming

She turns every arrival into a warm and pleasant experience. I don't come back to this hotel only for the rooms or the location — I come back because of her as well. People like Elena are the reason guests return again and again. Elena, thank you for everything. You are a true asset to this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was a super location, walkable to great shopping and beautiful parks and tourist sites. The staff spoke beautiful English and were ever so helpful. They even gave us a super early check-in. When are flight from London arrived at 7:30 AM. The breakfasts were delicious with loads of variety and excellent coffee made by the waitstaff for you . Finally that underrated factor that determines a truly great hotel for me, they had incredibly comfortable beds that even my “princess and the pea” sensibilities found truly comfortable. Not a thing !

good location, clean, helpful staff i booked a superior room category expecting to have what i saw in the photos, with the bathtube inside the room. but they told me that all these rooms are already taken that’s why they give me a room with the bathtub inside the toilet not in the room. so we didn’t like our room, that’s why they upgraded us to a suite, but also without any bathtub and without any designs. it was good but not what we expected. conclusion, when u are late to check in u have to take one of the remaining rooms in the same category regardless of what u saw in the picture. plus the lobby is poor, could be better.

Very good location, large and useful rooms, nice staff and good breakfast. The heating system needs modernization; works with loud and inefficient. If you plan to go during winter, ask for extra blanket.

We had a wonderful experience and this property exceeded our expectations. We traveled as a family with 2 small kids and it was comfortable. The beds were out of this world (comfortable). It would have been nice if the restaurant had a few options for dinner which it did not offer although the hotel suggested a few restaurants close by.
