I had a wonderful two-day stay at this hotel. Even though I was traveling solo, I could tell it would be a great choice for families as well. The location is perfect. It is in a quiet area yet close to all amenities and just a short walk to the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. The host was incredibly hospitable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I would definitely stay here again. I prefer paying when booking. However, no problem with paying during check-in either.

Great location and the family who owns the hotel are so nice! Great stay! They even received us at 5am when we reached the city after our flight! Nothing really! All was good!

i didn't eat breakfast i found that it was cheaper to eat out than eat breakfast in the hotel, also i did like the room it was clean and had all basic necessities. the bed was also comfortable and it had a fridge the manager was very rude the moment he found out i was Sudanese and even told me to cancel my reservation to not pay tax to the site??? i told him give me proof so i will present that i am staying legally in the hotel he didn't accept it, also the man who gave me a ride to the hotel told me to give him 20 laira even thought it was completely free ? the bathroom didn't have a bidet.

Additionally, they went the extra mile by helping me store my luggage and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The hotel's location in Tbilisi was ideal, being close to all major tourist attractions and easy to locate. There was also a convenient store nearby and public transport options were easily accessible, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. While the stay was generally pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms were relatively small, which might be a concern for those who prefer more space. Additionally, parking spots around the hotel were limited, which could pose a challenge for guests with vehicles.
