Good location, cleaning perfect

Fantastic hotel located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Friendly and professional staff. Supermarkets downstairs and easy to catch a Bolt taxi. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, quiet, and the balcony views can’t be beat. The WiFi connection was strong and allowed me to work remotely. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Tbilisi!

Location is good, but the building itself is very narrow. The room itself was clean, bed was alright, but the bedsheet was linen I think, but that’s pretty standard for a hotel The building and the elevator is very narrow, I specifically got the biggest room for comfort, but the heating didn’t work. When asked to figure it out, we were just given an electric heater, told that the receptionist will call someone, but that was pretty much it.

The hotel is so nice and cosy, the bed was ultra comfortable! The view from the balcony was amazing, you can literally see the whole city. They also have Smart TV so you watch Netflix, YouTube and so on. The location on top, so you need to climb a little bit there there. And this hotel is located on the 10th floor of the building, this was an apartment building, that was modified to the hotel. Overall the good hotel for this value!

- you dont get any amenities and they even consider the 500ml bottle of water as an extra thing (mini bar item which is the 1st time in my life to see) - location is bad. Nothing is near if you're planning to explore and you will need a bolt for everything - staff is okay. Can be better - the moment you enter the building you get this weird vibe and the location seems dodgy - they were supposed to clean the room and the receptionist has asked what time will I come back so they can clean before I leave and I said at 5. I left the room at 11 and came back at 5:15 pm to see the room untouched. When u charge this amount at least maintain the cleanliness of the room or provide a bottle of water and replace the coffee mugs at least. - room is super small so if you have 2 suitcases GOOD LUCK. you'll be jumping over each other - not good value for the money and with this rate I promise you that you can find plenty of suitable options with better amenities and closer location to the center. - Highly not recommended

24 July, there was a power outage at the hotel. The air conditioning stopped working, the room was hot, and there was no water — we couldn’t wash our hands or take a shower. The elevator was also out of service, and I had to walk down 10 floors using the stairs. A hotel should have a generator for such situations, but it seems this has not been taken into account.

Very clean and spacious, with a relatively good location. The only downside is the lack of a fire escape staircase.

I stay at this hotel for the second time, very comfortable, excellent furniture, comfortable, comfortable bed, clean towels and robes

The hotel is new and nicely designed. The balconies are large and very clean. It is very comfortable to sit on the chairs and have a coffee etc. on the balcony. The bathroom is especially beautiful and there is a rain shower and high quality tap etc. Friendly staff. The smoke alarm has a green light that flickers all the time. It illuminates an otherwise very dark room and is a nuisance. We were very tired so we fell asleep easily but if you are not the light that is located right above the bed is a potential disturbance (especially if you sleep on your back in which case you will probably not have a good night sleep). The lights are also too bright (there are 4 lamps on the ceiling above the bed. Two would be sufficient).
