Super hosts and family atmosphere.

Excellent location, super friendly host, great value! Only complaint is that the shower in my room didn't drain properly. But overall it still felt like a great value for the price.

This hotel has everything that you could need, and is complemented by its very friendly proprietors! If you wish to stay at an affordable and very comfortable hotel within Old Tbilisi, this should be your first choice.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable and budget friendly. Hostess was very kind hearted, she offered us homemade wine We felt right at home!

The location is superb, just opposite the bus stop and it’s very near to Jan Shardeni and freedom square. Just the spiral stairs but is very manageable. Very nice ambiance of the hotel.

Zaira and husband were amazing, since first time we felt at home as one family, i advise anyone going to tibilisi to book here. Location is amazing, just near everything in the downtown. Nothing, all was perfect.

Very friendly host, the third floor room has a terrace and outstanding view, an electric kettle and two cups, a private bathroom, heating, and a soft and clean bed. 1. Keep in mind a spiral staircase if you are checking in with big 20-25 kg suitcases. 2. The time I stayed there, I had no issues, but there is a huge building under sluggish construction ? It will be a noise problem when they start the construction work at full power.

The hotel is in the heart of Tbilisi old town. Very convenient location, lots of restaurants and shops around. Close to most locations. Bus stop is just in front of the building and metro in a 5 minute walk. But despite all the surrounding facilities, the hotel is very quiet and cosy. There is a common kitchen on the first floor, a big shared fridge and ironing facilities in the hall. The room was cleaned every day. The hosts are very friendly and eager to help. Definitely recommend the hotel, especially if you are visiting the city for the first time. None

The hosts are super-friendly and nice, you can contact them anytime with any request, or just have a good friendly chat. The place feels like home. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect. A bathroom and a shower need a better maintenance.

We arrived expecting a simple hotel. When we left a week later, it was like saying goodbye to family. Zaira's hospitality was wonderful; she made a delicious breakfast spread that accommodated the vegetarians in our group, introduced us to new foods and drinks, and taught us about Georgian culture. The hotel is in an excellent location, in walking distance to old Tbilisi's sights, the metro station, and countless restaurants. The rooms were clean and unlike many smaller hotels there was always hot water in the shower.

Owner is a very nice and helpful lady. Was kind enough to charge for 1 night even though cancellation period passed and we wanted to change the hotel. Location is perfect for tourist. All facilities like a hotel are available. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples only. Not a hotel. Just an apartment converted to hotel rooms. Had to drag luggage bags upstairs as well as downstairs on thin circular stairs. No elevator. Room was very very small. Not recommended for families with kids or heavy bags.

The stairs are narrow. It’s more like a guest house than a hotel

Near the tourist spots. The owner is very accomodating and nice.

Fantastic hotel, with the greatest owners I've ever met, vey hospitable and will offer you everything from homemade breakfast to a nice chat, The owners stay at the property from early morning till after midnight, so you can always consult with them. The hotel has a great location right in the heart of the city, located in the Jewish neighborhood near 2 synagogues and Chabad, next to a lot of restaurants and bakeries, close to all the different Tbilisi attractions like Bridge of Peace, Rustaveli, Funicular, Mtatsminda Amusement Park, Aerial Tramway Kartlis Deda (Mother of Georgia), Orbeliani market. The streets near the hotel are filled with different shops. The room was cozy for 4 people, but the best thing about the room was the huge balcony overlooking the courtyard of the hotel and the rest of the buildings there, you can buy something from the bakery in the courtyard and go up at evening to eat with protection from the rain, there is also a table on the ground floor with a large umbrella to sit at. The most fair price for a hotel. Each floor has it's own refrigerator (with a freezer). On our last day that we didn't pay for, we got offered to leave our luggage at the empty room near us so we can have somewhere to return to before the flight and to have a bathroom. Great option of paying on property. The staircase can be a little rough but I guess you can ask for a lower floor. Cleanliness can be upped, but comparing to other hotels, it's still much better at Zaira. Room is a bit small for 4 people, but if you get along it should be fine. If drunk people are coming back to you floor at night and your not asleep, you are going to hear them.
