If I could give this more stars, I would. It's beautiful! The staff is lovely. The hotel is centrally located. And yes, the breakfast was great. The staff made dinner reservations before we even arrived via email and got us a reservation for the sulfur baths. They shared early morning coffee houses and all night eateries-- loooooved them all!!

The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They arranged a tour for us, and when an unexpected issue came up during the experience, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Thanks to their efforts, it was a perfect tour and a great memory. Their level of hospitality and customer service truly stood out and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Excellent choice…location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom with huge shower. Breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend! I wish breakfast opened at 7 instead of 8, but not a huge problem

Bathroom is not separated from living room. There is glass door between the rooms poorly fitting with large gaps at the top and bottom. It's OK for shower. But when you need to use WC it's completely uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Qarvasla Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and in a perfect location, making our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every part of the hotel was well maintained. What made the experience even better was the staff they were incredibly kind, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Beautiful historic building right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. Rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. A little loud from music at nearby restaurants, but it did quiet down around 11pm (this was on a Wednesday)

The place didn’t quite meet our expectations. There’s nothing really bad to say, but we expected it to feel a bit more thoughtfully designed. For example, the towels were quite small, the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so water ended up everywhere, and there wasn’t much natural light. We expected a little more from a hotel of this level.

The hotel is a relatively new property in a very convenient part of old Tbilisi. While historic in style, it’s super chic and modern in conveniences. Our room was stunning and so comfortable…Plenty of space, a clean modern bathroom, a nespresso machine, and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend and would return again and again. Nothing

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by several issues. We booked the same room type as our friends, yet they received a significantly larger and better room. Our original room had a very small shower that was uncomfortable for my husband, who is quite tall and literally didn't fit the shower. When we requested a room change, we were initially told it was not possible. Shortly afterward, we discovered that the air conditioner was leaking onto our luggage and had soaked the carpet. The staff responded quickly, sending technicians and housekeeping, and eventually a manager arranged for us to move to a better room. However, the problems continued in the new room as well. A few days later, the sink pipe detached and caused a leak. Maintenance arrived promptly but left a sewage smell in the bathroom and the floor remained wet. On another night, the air conditioning stopped working completely, and we were told it was a known issue related to the floor heating system being used throughout the building. While I appreciate that the staff always tried to address problems quickly, it was disappointing that we experienced multiple room-related issues during our stay and were never offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience.

This was my fourth stay at Qarvasla Hotel, and it only deepened my conviction that this is the finest hotel in Tbilisi. I live in the city and had just come through an incredibly stressful week — and the moment I walked in and saw Mariami and Demetre, I felt like I could finally breathe, like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. That alone says everything about the kind of place Qarvasla is. Mariami has a genuine smile that lights up the entire room. She's a true superstar with a very promising future in hospitality — my prediction is that she'll be running a hotel of her own sooner rather than later. Demetre, one of the bellboys, is a respectful, helpful, and genuinely intelligent young man. We've had several conversations about Georgian history, among other subjects, and I always come away the richer for them. During this stay I also had the pleasure of speaking with several other members of the team. Lali, the manager, is every bit as kind and welcoming as her staff. Erekle, the supervisor, is consummately professional and takes real pride in giving guests the ultimate hospitality experience. Alan and Tsotne were both wonderfully helpful and share a great sense of humor. Shota, too, was professional and attentive, and rounds out a team that clearly takes pride in looking after its guests. Even the housekeeping staff are warm and friendly, greeting me with a smile every single time I came and went. Having stayed in at least a dozen hotels in Tbilisi — including some of the most reputable — I can say without hesitation that Qarvasla is head and shoulders above them all. If only I could live here! ?

Having stayed at several hotels in Tbilisi, I can confidently say Qarvasla Hotel really is head and shoulders above the others. Perfect location. Beautiful interior. And incredibly professional and kind staff. I recently relocated to Tbilisi and look forward to many future stays here.

Qarvasla Hotel might just be the perfect hotel in Tbilisi. I relocated here recently after several trips to Georgia. And while I've stayed in many hotels in Tbilisi — this one stands above the rest. I've already stayed twice, and Qarvasla is now where I'll come anytime I want to treat myself. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Tbilisi and within easy reach of so many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. As a light sleeper, I'll admit the central setting worried me at first, but the noise from the bustle outside was never an issue at all. I slept like a baby and woke up feeling completely refreshed. The building and rooms are beautiful and always immaculate — beyond clean. But the very best part of this hotel is the staff, and it's the main reason I will keep coming back. Everyone here is professional and friendly, and I was warmly greeted every single time I came and went. I want to mention three people in particular. Donna, the Guest Relations Manager, is so sweet — always smiling, professional, and kind. She makes you feel right at home. Mariami is a ray of sunshine with a smile that could light up a room. The positivity and kindness of both women is completely genuine. And Leo, one of the bellhops, is a respectful young man who is always helpful. All three are also wonderful conversationalists! If you're looking for the perfect stay in Tbilisi, this is it. I can't recommend Qarvasla Hotel highly enough.

I loved the design and central location The room was unexpectedly small, and since it is in a historic centre, your taxi might have trouble getting through (the road was closed for celebration the day of my arrival)
