Good location and close to the tourist points and neat clean. Small room, no parking and price is high.

The location was very good, it was close to a lot of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and famous sights. I am quite particular about cleanliness and the room, bathroom, sheets, towels, sink, the hotel's common spaces, and even the small closet was very clean. The staff was very very friendly and helpful with everything. There was free coffee in the lobby, also a free water dispenser on our floor. I'm sure there are cheaper hotels, but I felt that the comfort and cleanliness was well worth the money. I have stayed in a few Ibis hotels around the world, not all of them are this comfortable. If I come back to Tbilisi, I will absolutely stay here again.

The Ibis hotel chain is known for its high standards in service, comfort, and design, and Ibis Budget Old City meets all expectations and more. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the room, shower, and toilet were very spacious, smartly designed, and easy to use. The breakfast was wonderful and especially delicious, with plenty of everything - fresh, colorful, and served by a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is new, aesthetic, tastefully designed, calm, and pleasant. The hotel’s café-restaurant is also delicious, offering surprising dishes, warm drinks to lift the spirit, and excellent wines - there’s even kosher wine! The location is incredible! From the hotel, you can walk anywhere in the city, including the synagogue and Chabad House. We want to once again thank the amazing hotel staff for the perfect experience they gave us during our stay. Nothing

Clean, modern, styled place in old part of the city. Good breakfasts. Helpful staff. I do not recommend to visit it with elder kids for long stay. Chair-Sofa it's not suitable for staying more than couple of nights. Look like the hotel does not have lobby for spending time there with family (friends). There is a kind of wine bar/cafe where your food/drinks are not welcome.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It was within walking distance to all the major sites and also near restaurants. The rooms are small! I had a room with a balcony, but the balcony was also very small. I'm not sure how 2 people would stay in this room comfortably. I believe it is only made for a single person. The door on my shower was also a bit broken, so water always flooded the bathroom floor.

Super friendly staff and a perfect location, just a short walk from so many great places in old town. I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious for a more comfortable stay.

The location and friendly atmosphere was amazing. All reception’s worker Men or women were highly professional. The location, rooms clean, bed are comfortable. All was great experience.
